With breathtaking views over the river valley on the North East side of the city, it's easy to understand why Highlands is considered such a gem. In 2012, Highlands was ranked one of Canada's top ten neighbourhoods of old homes by the magazine This Old House.

Rich in parkland, the community enjoys the conveniently located Highlands Park (62 Street) that features a spray deck in summer, park benches and a gazebo. A highly anticipated annual event is the Highlandia Festival located in Henry Martell Park. Musicians come from all over to share an open air concert in June. This free event delivers diverse musicians and unique food options.

What a great condo! We came on business at the Expo center and this couldn't have been the more PERFECT location for us. 5 min away. Easy parking, coffee/burgers/liquor downstairs. The property manager, Tommy was extremely helpful when we made a mistake on booking and didn't penalize us for our mistake! Recommended 5 stars for sure.

Host is an excellent communicator, making it easy to book and interact. Space is beautifully removated, with laminate floors, bold soothing colours, semi-firm memory foam mattress, clawfoot tub; every detail is impeccable! 4-person suite has a murphy bed so it feels very spacious. Impeccably clean and bright; renovated historic building. Inexpensive; great value! Staying here in the future!! Coffee shop & restaurant nearby
