Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water for the showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. Great location on Broadway to reach Pearl St or take the Bear Creek trail anywhere in Boulder.
We had a great stay at this home. Patrick was welcoming and very responsive to any inquiries. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Boulder.
The good: host was very responsive, hot tub was nice and hot, lots of towels, plenty of space and hot water for showers. Heaters for each room, lots of blanketsThe bad: Not cleaned. Sheets were dirty and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Floors weren’t vacuumed and swept, leaves/dirt in hot tub, no soap for the dishwasher, no wood for the fire stove
This was a great location for a family with 3 runners, easy to run to parks or college. Close to stores, Pearl St, mountains and parks. We loved using the hot tub in the evening. Great place. The owner is friendly and easy to work with.
Great long weekend stay at Pat's place. The place was clean, had all the essentials, and was in a very convenient location in Boulder. The BEST part was the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Our stay was warm and cozy. Good proximity to campus and grocery.

Great location
The house was adequate for our stay. The sink in the master bathroom was too small to wash your face adequately. There were only 4 spoons so we had to keep washing spoons. The location was great. There was easy walking access to shopping and dining. The bus stop for the airport bus was just across the street.
This was a great place for the three of us to stay the week of my daughter's wedding. It definitely could have accommodated more people. Pat, the owner was very responsive and provided some ideas for things to do during our stay.
We enjoyed our stay here! Very conveniently located near the university with an amazing view of the Flatirons (it almost looks fake in out pictures!). We would absolutely book here again. Perfect space for a family or group of friends.

About the host
Hosted by Patrick Allen Abramson
I am a professional snowboarder for the past 29 years. I moved to Boulder in 2004 to head coach the University of Colorado snowboard team. I bought this house in 2009 because of the view and its close location to the University. I the winters I travel the world snowboarding for several companies. I also am a professional snowboard instructor for Vail resorts. In the summer I own an irrigation business that services the Boulder area.
Why they chose this property
The view from the living room window of the Flatirons is one of the best parts about this property. I would say second is the location and easy access to the best parts of Boulder. Third is the salt water hot tub.
