Escape to the charming A-Frame Retreat, a delightful cabin-style property just 7 miles or a short 12-minute drive from downtown Prescott. This three-level haven features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
The lower level houses the master bedroom, offering a queen bed and a private bath. Step through the bedroom's own door into the yard to enjoy a breath of fresh air. The en suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination, and all towels and linens are thoughtfully provided. Just bring along your food and clothes for a hassle-free stay.
Ascend to the upper level loft via 8 steps, where a cozy atmosphere awaits. The right side boasts a queen bed, while the left side features a daybed that can transform into 2 twins, with privacy screens for added separation. This knotty pine space is perfect for reading or indulging in a refreshing afternoon nap.
On the main level, you'll find the second full bathroom with a delightful view of the outside. This bathroom features a beautiful shower with glass block and conveniently houses the washer/dryer, allowing you to freshen up both your clothes and yourself simultaneously.
The recently remodeled full kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. Enjoy bar stool seating at the counter or gather around the table in the knotty pine interior.
