Minutes walk to the Falls and Niagara river, Fallsview Casino/ OLG Stage, the Convention Centre and an array of clubs and shops. There are grocery, beer and liquor stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops all located within 3 minute driving distance. There is a walking/biking trail the entire length of the upper and lower river, approximately 35km - 5 minute drive away. We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood close enough to the excitement but far enough away for the relaxation! We have just finished a complete renovation/update of the house and we look forward to welcoming our guests.

Great choice for the convention centre

Four of us shared this house while attending a conference at the convention center. Lovely quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts, easy walk. Much more affordable and enjoyable than staying at any of the conference hotels

walking distance to the Falls

Walking, yes, if you are young and in shape. Otherwise it is walking distance as long as you take the incline which costs $7 per person, per day. I would also have appreciated to know that the basement is not finished. There is a bedroom, but the rest is not finished. The 10 year old had to adjust because she felt it was creepy. Other than that, everything was good and the owners were very nice and helpful.

New Year haven

What a wonderful way to begin 2022. This little house has everything you could ever need. So clean and well stocked. We were two couples who had never shared space like this before. And because of Covid, we spent most of our time inside. We shared meals together and ordered pizza. The hosts had left a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and a thoughtful Christmas card which made us feel immediately welcome. If I had one wish, it would be for some door hooks to hang towels or clothes in the small bedroom. Otherwise, we all would highly recommend this getaway from which you can, indeed, walk to the falls. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

A perfect spot

This cottage is perfectly locate for anything you want to do, it’s close to the falls shopping and dinning. It’s clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The host made it so easy to check in, I would definitely stay again.

Very nice and relaxing stay

The place is so nice and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay there. The amenities are a big help and convenient. We were able relax and chill in the cottage. The only think that I could critique though is that it’s a 8 person size cottage but there is only 1 shower. We had to wait for cue for all of us to finished. Overall stay was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Terrific

This is one of the best places we've stayed for a week. It was moderately priced, the beds were very comfortable, there is a lovely back yard, bus stops were only a few blocks away, it was a quiet street and the house had everything we needed. We appreciated the air conditioner this past week. We had one small problem and the owner was there to rectify it right away with apologies. It is a lovely older cottage, and it was perfect for us.

Bucket List Trip

Nice house which appears to fairly recently renovated with very good to excellent workmanship. Has all essential items for a pleasant stay. A little tight if you have 6 or more guests and have to stay indoors. Beautiful outdoor yard with large patio table and lean to roof for protection from sun all day. All appliances worked, adequate working space in kitchen.

Great location

20 min easy walk to the falls. Can hear them from the house. Lovely sunny and quiet backyard with covered patio. We spent most our time there. Kitchen well stocked. Basement bedroom dark and cold so we did not use it. Bedroom with 2 queen beds very large, nice. Double bed snug for 2 adults. TVs not high def but okay as we didn’t use it much. Would recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Nice cozy cottage

Place was a bit smaller than I had expected but was still great for the 4 of us that stayed 4 nights. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with host was great he got back to me very quickly. Location was nice and quiet and it’s easy to get to the falls nearby. Kitchen had all the stuff we needed to cook when we wanted too.

Clean Cute Cottage in Great Neighborhood

This cottage was super clean and cute and perfect for our girls' trip to Niagara Falls. Could be walkable to the Falls but we did drive. Backyard was really nice. Amazing veggie plants and beautiful flowers. Nice table and chairs on back porch. Just a note that the steps to go to the basement are narrow so not for elderly, but fine for our group. Very important was the neighborhood was very nice and safe! Will definitely stay here again!

Great property!

This house was small but exceptionally clean! This would be the perfect house for 2 couples or a couple with 2 kids! It is close to all the sights but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. The backyard is private and great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you John and Chris for your hospitality!

House is older, but clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. No complaints . We felt it was too far to walk to attractions, so we drove and parked. Very nice stay.

Lovely home near the falls

My husband stayed for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. We had a lovely time, the house was clean and relaxing. We loved sitting out on the back porch to eat. We were able to walk to the falls and See Sight Tours were able to pick us up right at our door for the tour because we were so close to the hotels. John was quick to answer any questions. I would recommend staying at this lovely home.
