Enjoy this beautiful 9th floor condo in Twin Palms! Its super clean! Comes with Beach Service (March-October), which is a set of chairs and umbrella on the beach! We've got it set up just like we like it and feel you'll love it here too! Its clean for sure! Lots of new kitchen utensils and well equipped kitchen overall. Beachfront king master bedroom! Second bedroom with queen bed and twin bunks. We look forward to hosting you for your wonderful vacation! Twin Palms is a low density building so parking and elevators should never be a problem like the huge high rises.

Excellent Stay!!

No problem with check in. Very nice condo with nice furniture and excellent view from balcony. Excellent communication with host Kitchen counter/cabinets were updated when compared to listing photos. Very well appointed condo with lots of good quality kitchen cutlery, pots, pan etc. Would defintely recommend and would stay there again!!

Much needed vacation

We loved our stay there. It was very comfortable, easy and relaxing. The host was just perfect. Will gladly return back to this property. From the view and plenty of supplies and to many to count. From tiny shampoos and perfcet shaped soaps to good furniture very clean towels and the floors were super clean.

Great communication and wonderful view

Hit a few bumps in the beginning but the host was great and took care of it quickly. The view is beautiful and you get complimentary beach chairs. Love it. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is beautiful! It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. I loved the big balcony and that you also have beach chairs and umbrella included. We will definitely be coming back. The owner made everything so easy to check in and was always available if you had any questions. Our new home away from home!!

This unit is perfectly located in Panama City Beach with easy access / walking to the areas attractions and shopping. The property is well kept and the unit was exceptionally clean and updated. Terriffic!

We highly recommend this location, the particular unit, and most of all, the owner. There was blip with the communication with VRBO. The owner straightened everything out immediately and took care of it. He even checked in with us while we were there. The unit was spotless. The linens were first class.

Wonderful beach getaway

Lovely condo with beautiful decor and fantastic spacious balcony overlooking the beach and water. We especially appreciated the bedroom with a double and bunk beds to accommodate the 3 teenagers on our trip. Beach service was a great extra!

Perfect communication!

Wow! Where to begin?! Our unit was immaculate and smelled so clean when we walked in. Everything was decorated beautifully. Kitchen was stocked well and the beds were so comfortable! The view was stunning, never an elevator wait and the pool was never crowded. We vacation frequently and Pete was by far the best we have rented from. Communication was on point from day one and he was so accommodating our entire stay! Definitely a unit to add to our revisit list!

We are excited to share our place here in PCB. To us its our home away from home, so we have it set up to be comfy and clean. We love the beach and its tranquility!

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to Panama City Beach for years and have found that instead of the huge condo buildings, we prefer a smaller, lower density place like Twin Palms! Parking is rarely an issue and the three elevators are super convenient. Also since there are fewer units in the building, the beach isn't as crowded.
