The 14 acre property is surrounded by National Forest. Bring shoes for the walking trails and nearby Sliding Rock. The cottage is 4 miles from Cashiers and 9 miles from Highlands, town is a quick, easy drive.

Looking for the ultimate mountain experience? Fern Hill is located 4 miles from Cashiers. The cottage is located on 14 private acres with hiking trails on and near the property. You will find peace and tranquility while sitting on the deck enjoying the view of Whiteside Mt. Spot peregrine falcons flying above Whiteside. Enjoy sliding rock, which is located near the bottom of the driveway. Just be in the quietness of the cottage and land.
