Lovely apartment in desirable location - great landlords. Rear 2nd floor apartment in a Victorian house. Located near U of T and many restos and shops on College Street. Great location across from park (steps from a Metro store), small but lovely, private entrance through unheated vestibule, private laundry, LARGE deck off kitchen at rear of house, kitchen complete with dishwasher and integrated microwave. Junior 1 bedroom or studio with bed loft - there is one main living space, an eat-in kitchen, and a sleeping loft with a skylight and 1/2 closet.
