which connects you to many other central areas in Vancouver, including the downtown area, Vancouver's beaches and the SeaBus station leading to North Vancouver.

Our suite is 10 minutes walk to the new Canada Line train, which gets you to YVR airport in less than 15 minutes. A 7 minute train ride will also get you to downtown.
We are also located a bus ride away from UBC.

You will be within a walking distance from Nat Bailey Baseball Stadium, Riley Park Community center and the famous Queen Elizabeth Park.

Had to be out when construction upstairs going on

Have been to many VRBO all over the country. Not impressed, as had to share washer and dryer. Also listed Oven and Toaster Oven. No Oven.

Suite on Main a must stay!

As a solo female traveller this was a safe neighbourhood and was close to all amenities It’s just a block down from eclectic main st And only a 10 minute walk to Hillcrest community Centre (pool and fitness) No car required, but there is a parking spot if needed The suite was clean and quiet I will absolutely stay here again *good to note*There is no iron/ ironing board in the suite There is no laundry on site

Great Spot!

My 13-year-old daughter and I had a lovely stay here. The suite is cute, cozy, comfy, and quiet. Such a great location -- just a few blocks to cute shops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed, all the essentials -- and even some thoughtful snacks! We will be back for sure. Thank you Ilana.

A Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Touches!

We had a fantastic experience at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by Ilana, a friendly host who went above and beyond with thoughtful touches (e.g., a basket with cookies and bananas, carton of milk, etc.) to make our stay special. The accommodations were impeccably clean, quiet and offered a delightful view of a luscious backyard, which made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with restful nights after our daily adventures. We also loved the location - it was perfect for exploring the area with easy access to anywhere in Vancouver. Also, a quick walk to Main Street offered many delightful restaurants. One of the standout features of the 'Suite on Main' was the coffee! With multiple types of coffee provided, there was something to suit everyone's tastes. It was a delightful way to start our mornings. Overall, we highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, comfortable stay

We were very happy with our choice of this property for our five-night stay. It is well-equipped, and we liked the fact that the door used an access code, so we didn't have to worry about misplacing keys. The location is very convenient, with a good variety of restaurants within a short walking distance, and there is also a good market (Nesters) and BCLB store nearby. Parking on Quebec St is a bit tight, but there was a space across the street that was nearly always available. On a couple of occasions we caught the #3 bus on Main St to go downtown, to avoid parking hassles downtown. You can pay by tapping a debit card, which was very convenient. One thing we found a bit unusual was that the bed had no top sheet, just a comforter, but we soon got used to that, and the bed itself was very comfortable. The owner met us on arrival and was responsive when contacted during our stay. Except for some construction nearby, this is a nice quiet neighborhood... we were out most of the time during the day anyway, so the construction noise did not bother us. We would certainly recommend this property to friends.

Friendly, engaging, welcoming host. Everything you will need is in this lovely ground level suite. Main Street nearby has everything one needs for a relaxing stay. Canada Line subway is only a few blocks away. We will return.

Cozy, comfortable, and complete! Everything you might need and more is provided. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Close to transit. Host is so very kind and thoughtful. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay.

A perfect location for a wonderful weekend away

Our location was chosen to be near the family we were visiting. It's 15 minutes from YVR. There's plenty of neighbourhood parking. The suite was a great size for the 2 of us. Bed was comfy, fridge stocked for a quick breakfast and the cookies didn't last long. Bonus cats to view through the window and an outside sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee. I'd highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in Vancouver

We’ve really liked our week in the apartment. The apartment was really clean and we had everything we needed. Ili was really helpful and she gave us warm welcome. Truly, we’ve nothing bad to say about the apartment and Ili and her family. It was perfect! The location is really good. Main Street is so nice. Everything you need is very close to the apartment. Can’t wait to go back!

Holiday in Vancouver

There was a minor problem with the TV but it was fixed immediately. The property is very close to Main Street so oodles of restaurants to choose from. The only very minor problem we had was that we are old folks and the lighting in the apartment was dimmer than we would like. Can't complain about anything else and the landlord was extremely helpful. We had to leave a day early and ili insisted on giving us a refund for that day against our objections. Thanks ili

Wonderful Location, Beautiful Apartment, Accommodating and Helpful Host!

We had the best experience at this apartment. Firstly we flew in about 5 hours before our check-in time, and Ili allowed us to drop our bags off early and sent me a message as soon as the cleaning was done so we could check in ASAP. The apartment was perfect - comfortable bed, all the amenities you could want! The cherry on top were the little extras that Ili has at her place that made it feel like home - a jar of cookies in the kitchen for us to snack on, some staples in the fridge, coffee grounds for our coffee. She even picked up some fruit for us when she went grocery shopping! Our host was also incredibly helpful with directions - she provided maps and detailed instructions for public transportation anywhere we wanted to go, and offered suggestions for places we might want to visit during our time in Vancouver! The location was awesome - less than a 15 minute cab ride from anywhere we wanted to go, and really close to a lot of public transportation. Make sure you explore the Main Street of this neighborhood - it’s beautiful! Overall we had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend it. We will be back the next time we visit Vancouver!

Awesome place to stay near Main and King Edward

Ilana and Jacob's basement suite in their house is an excellent place to stay while visiting Vancouver. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Main Street, which has a wide assortment of shops, restaurants and cafes, and less than a 15 minute walk to King Edward Station on the Canada Line, from which you can easily get to YVR or Downtown. The suite itself was very comfrotable and slept 4 adults comfortably (as long as the two adults don't mind using the futon). The suite does not have air conditioning, as is typical in Vancouver, however it stayed relatively cool during a heat wave. I would gladly stay here again when visiting the city!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We rented stayed at this property for five days while visiting friends in Vancouver and everything was perfect! The unit had everything and even more than we could ask for! Everything was so organized and well put together. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Not only did they kindly leave us snacks and goodies in the kitchen, but we had also mentioned that we forgot our umbrellas so the next day they provided us with two umbrellas on our doorstep! The location is also is a great spot. The street is absolutely beautiful and just a few minute walk to Main Street where you could find a ton of restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed sitting outside in their gorgeous backyard. This will be the first place we book for our next stay in Vancouver! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wonderful hideaway just off Main Street

Perfect Little Garden suite off Main Street close to wonderful restaurants shopping and a very convenient grocery store hosts were amazing everything we could’ve expected of Vancouver including some sunshine!

Ili was so considerate! She was thoughtful enough to include little comforts like tissues, butter.

A perfect Vancouver location

Suite on Main, was impeccably clean. It had a view of the owners gorgeous backyard which was also a shared space. The location was fantastic. I walked downtown, to Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth park and to Kitsilano area. Main St was a block away where I found a variety of boutiques, numerous coffee shops and unique restaurants. I would return without hesitation.

Recommended spot off Main

This is a newly renovated unit steps away from Main which is full of restaurants and great unique shops. The unit is clean and thoughtfully equipped and Ilana was super helpful and easy to reach.
