Outstanding visit
We had a wonderful time on Amelia Island. This property is in a great location .. very close to the beach and the plantation shops. The unit is very nicely decorated and communication with the owners is outstanding both before and during the visit.

Living in the Trees
Yes, this is quite the treehouse! If you love to be surrounded by beautiful trees and hanging moss, this is the place for you. Very nicely decorated with the tree theme. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Small, but nice balcony for reading and morning coffee. The location is nice with a short walk to the lovely beach. Ride bikes along the trail right outside your door. These trails connect to the town trails and you can ride outside of the Plantation a great distance. The pool is nice but water was cold when we were there. However, we enjoyed relaxing by it and taking in the pretty views of the golf course and pond. The Plantation hands down is just a magical area with all amazing vegetation, scenery and gorgeous beach. We hope to be back again.

Our third year!
Amelia Tree House is nicely decorated and located the beautiful grounds of the Amelia Omni Resort. Visited Fort Clinch State Park for the first time in a windy non beach day. My husband chartered First Coast Surf Fishing and brought home some delicious Red. We would recommend the Falcons Nest Restaurant on the Omni grounds.

Lovely stay
Jill’s condo is brings nature inside, providing a cozy place to relax. It’s an easy walk to the beach and all the Omni offers. Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a great tennis / beach getaway!
This condo is perfect for a quiet, cozy getaway! My friend and I stayed here while playing a tennis tournament at the Omni! It was perfect! Close to both the courts and the beach, with great local shops and restaurants. The owners and property manager were friendly and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

The perfect place to get away and unwind. Very clean, comfy condo located in a quiet complex. It is beautifully designed and gives you a welcome home feeling as soon as you enter the door. Short walk to the beach. Owner so accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone.

Perfect Spot for the Family
Our trip to the beach was perfect staying at the Amelia Treehouse condo. They had everything you needed including toiletries, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The property manager Lee was extremely responsive for some general questions we had about the area. We cooked most nights after a long day at the beach and pool. The Beachwood pool is extremely convenient to this condo and with the 90+ temperatures all week it was great to have a mostly shaded pool. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and super convenient. You can pull a wagon without encountering any stairs all the way to the beach. The condo was super clean and we had plenty of dish and laundry detergent to get through the week. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This is a absolutely beautiful condo, they had fresh flowers and pastries when you arrive. It was extremely close to the beach and pool behind complex. Lee the property manager is so nice to work with. This is a great place for families to have the best vacation.

Very nice stay
We had a very nice stay at this condo on Amelia Island. Slight glitch in check in, but property manager and owner very accommodating, and resolved quickly. Close walk to the beach (5-10) minutes. Elevator for upper condos. Nice historic district with restaurants in Fernandina Beach. Overall, a wonderful week of fun in the sun. We would certainly stay in this condo again in the future, if available.

Perfect for a Tennis Vacation Getaway!
We were in Amelia Island to play a Tennis Tournament at the Omni Resort. This property was perfect for us! It is very close to the tennis courts and to the resort, restaurants, shops; and of course the easy beach access! The property manager was very responsive to all communication and requests. It was a perfect, cozy spot to enjoy all thing Amelia Island; and when you needed a quiet resting spot, it was exactly that as well. We will definitely be rebooking at the Amelia Treehouse!!

Great place with a fantastic location
Super easy booking, check-in, and check-out process. The unit is accurately described and super clean! Great location, super close to the beach. The unit is private, quiet, and updated. We have been to the Omni Resort area many times and this unit is absolutely one of our favorites. Hopefully, we will be returning to the area and specifically this unit.

Amelia Island getaway
We loved the home. It was so inviting and ready for us to come and feel right at home. Had everything you need, from tons of board games, books and a closet full of beach supplies and beach towels. Host was great! We arrived to fresh flowers and a box of baked goodies from a local bakery. Couldn't ask for more. Can't go wrong with this property....A++++++

Our first stay on Amelia Island
Enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse by the Sea. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of amenities. Fished off the beach and the fishing bridge at the South end of the island, caught Flounder and Bluefish. Enjoyed our meal at The Falcon's Nest on the complex. We were refugees from Sanibel Island but love it here and we booked for next year. Reed and Laura
