This 1 bed and 1 bath 2nd floor condo is a couples paradise! Located in the Mark Twain Condos, this unit is steps from the beach, bright, clean and ready for you! Walk the sand, hunt for shells, look for dolphins playing in the water on this massive section of beach. Or, do nothing but watch the world go by from your beach chair. World famous St Armand's Circle is about a mile away for all of your restaurant and shopping needs. This quaint condo has a 2 person over night limit, a 4 person occupancy limit and is ready for you! We require a one month minimum stay at our complex.

Perfect Spot for Great Vacation

We love the location of the condo and the walkability in the area, and are repeat guests. The unit is a nice size for two guests. Owner & Property Manager are both attentive and quick to address the rare occasion when there's a problem. This is our Happy Place 😊

Another great stay

This was our 5th stay and again we were totally pleased with everything...location, rental unit & property manager. A new recliner and pots and pans were a nice surprise to this well kept property. And of course, being right on the beach makes it absolutely perfect for us. Looking forward to our return later this year!
