Directly ahead is a beautiful dining table with a natural wood edge and beautiful views from 4 large windows. To the left of the table is a comfortable sitting area with a smart TV and a large fold out couch with extra bedding in the chaise.

Turning around you enter the stylish bathroom equipped with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and all the towels you will need for your family on this trip. A large smart TV for watching movies together, a foosball table, a fridge to keep drinks cool, a shelf full of board games, regulation dart board set up, guitar for bonfire tunes, chess and checkers, snow shoes for the winter months, corn hole and folding tables and chairs to make sure everyone can be accommodated. Be aware that this area is shared with another unit. Please be courteous and respectful and honor quiet hours for the property.
Outdoor Spaces

There are 3 outdoor spaces on the property. The spaces are labelled 1-3. You have access to space #1 as well as the hot tub deck.

There is a set of stairs from the terrace to the right of the garage that leads to a secluded off grid hot tub for 2. No chlorine! It also doubles as a cold plunge, which is perfect on a hot afternoon after a morning hike. Spend an evening with that special someone in a secluded grove of trees while you bask in the rich warmth of wood heated water. Smell the fire and hear it crack as you look up at some of the best skies in the country for stargazing. This will be an unforgettable experience! Please consult the guide to make sure you have no issues with the wood heated hot tub.

Space #1 is up rail road tie stairs that lead to a graveled area with a fire pit and comfortable Adirondack chairs. There is also a table with seating for 4.

Woodfire Hot tub
2025 Update: We are very excited for the woodfire hot tub to be available! Freezing temperatures, especially at night, can cause damage to the equipment. Based on the weather estimates this year, we expect for the Hot tub to be in use starting in the latter half of April. Let us know if you have any questions.

Listing Access
You will have access to all of the living spaces and outdoor spaces of the property.

Our property is 11.25 acres and the property line goes from the gravel pit of the cabin below up to about 20 feet before the powerlines. From the road you can head back into the hills and the woods until the fence that lines the back of the property. There is an outdoor dining set at the top of one of our hills that you can enjoy lunch on. If you can find it!

Please refer to the property map in the listing photos and give any other cabins or neighbors courtesy if you decide to explore.

Keep an eye out for cool rocks or even arrowheads if you are lucky.

Listing Interaction
We manage the property remotely. We are very responsive and are ready to help you with any issues that may come up.

Listing Neighborhood Overview
We are located in a secluded tight-knit cabin community right in the middle of Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. It is perfect if you want to see one or both of these parks. You will love the clear mountain air and the gorgeous stars in our little neck of the woods.

We are the 2nd cabin property on the left after turning onto Oak Ridge Road.

Listing Transit
You will have 2 parking spots. If you need more, please reach out and we can give you directions to an overflow parking area on the property.

Listing Notes
The cabin is on a dirt road that has snow removal if the snow gets too deep, however there can be some muddy spots and depending on weather, snow removal can be delayed. If there are any weather issues, we will keep you posted and make sure that your trip will go as smoothly as possible.

The listing is available all year around, however if you come up between late October and early March accessing the property could require all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. We also recommend chains and winter tires during snow and ice season. During the transition from winter to spring, mud should be a consideration for driving to our cabin. We do not recommend anything low clearance during the muddy season. 4 Wheel or All wheel drive is essential during this time. If you need assistance on the road and get stuck (which rarely happens) we do have contacts in the area that can help you out. If you attempt to make it to the cabin without the proper vehicle and fail to arrive you may not be issued a refund. We recommend that you have the proper equipment to make it up a dirt road in the winter. We are not liable for any towing fees or damage to your vehicle in attempting to gain access to the property.

If using "Maps" or similar software to find your way to our cabin, be sure that the path you are taking guides you from US-89 to Lutherwood Rd, across the street from Tod's junction. You will follow W Lutherwood Rd until it forks to N Oak Ridge Rd, taking the uphill road to the cabins

The Hot tub may not be available from the month of September until March or April depending on weather.

We love accommodating pets and think that southern Utah is best with our four-legged companions. To maintain a quality stay for our guests and their pets, we charge an additional $100 for additional cleaning and potential wear and tear. Please be sure to add your pets in the number of guests you will have in your booking.

Wonderful Getaway

The property is in a beautiful spot, was clean, and very cozy! The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions and even willing to provide some restaurant recommendations. I didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen looked very well stocked for anyone who wanted to. I would encourage future visitors to make sure they arrive for the first time during daylight because it’s very dark and remote, so it’s nice to have full visibility to know the way in.

Awesome experience!

While we weren’t there very long, this place had me wishing we had more time. Everything is exactly as per the listing, super cozy and comfortable, the stargazing by the firepit amazing, and the communication/check-in process outstanding. I would highly recommend. We will be back!

This property and their owners is a definite A+! The property is very clean and modern in a very quiet woodsy area. You are 30 minutes away from both Zion and Bryce National Parks. This is our second stay here and there will be more indeed. Thank you!

Great cabin

We had an awesome 4 day stay at this cabin. Owner was responsive to all of our needs and property manager was great to deal with. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please be aware that there are steep steps to get into this cabin. We would book with this company again!

Paradise Found!

Everything about our experience was PERFECT! We arrived from Nevada to 3' of fresh snow with all roads plowed and ready for us. The pictures in the listing are all correct and the cabin has a clean, modern look and feel. All bedding, seating and kitchen was super clean and met every need for us. The host communication was amazing and friendly. We have already booked another stay in June for our anniversary! Book this cabin and you won't regret it. Thanks!

Great location and host communication

We loved the location of the rental. was really convenient to get to Brian Head ski resort, Zion and Bryce canyon. Very clean property. They do inform you that you need a 4-wheel drive. The drive to get there is up a cliff and we went while it was snowing and we definitely would have gotten stuck if we didnt'. Since we went in the winter the unit was really cold. there was heat but there were no vents in the room to properly warm it. there was a room heater in the room but it wasnt working. The water was very hot and stayed hot. we had no issues taking showers and having the hot water run out. One of the reasons I did book this stay was because I saw there was a dryer so I assumed there was a washer and dryer in unit but there wasnt either. I think adding a washer and dryer would be a great touch seeing that most people staying are probably going to be adventuring and will want to do some laundry during their stay. Since we did visit during the snow our vehicle did get covered in snow since there is no awning or covering. I would suggest to either add something for vehicles to park under or provide snow materials to be able to get the snow off. (Jeremy said that he used to provide snow shovels and such but they had gotten stolen so he stopped. so I do understand but still wish we had something besides our hands to clean snow off of our vehicle) Overall a great stay just minor things I would change but they didnt take away from our experience here.
