Great place, easy to find, three descent size rooms, two bathrooms, amazing backyard, nice neighborhood, nice L shape layout allowing more privacy within the house, and my kids loved the piano!
We had an awesome stay even though it was short. House was beautiful and very comfortable. Great area and very quiet. Would definitely chose again if we were in the area! We traveled with our 3 small dogs who also had a big yard to run in. Thanks so much!
The overall stay was very nice with access to pretty much the whole house. Was per and baby friendly which was a huge plus for our family. We were in town to visit my sister since she couldn’t come home due to her job it was nice family time well spent. We got snowed in on one day and this house made it very easy to spend quality family time together. Would definitely stay here again if we all come down for another visit. Would highly recommend especially if you have pets or little ones as they have a backyard and even stuff for babies so don’t have to drag extra stuff with you. Host replied fast as well!
My family came in town for a funeral. The location of the Magnolia home was perfect. Melissa communicated well and allowed me to check in at 3:30 to get things ready before my families arrival at 4:00 which was greatly appreciated. At great disappointment, the home was not messy but it was not very clean. The front bathroom had a horrible sewer smell. Some time after check out, I realized I had left my Bose speaker there. I messaged Melissa and she said she would check to see if her cleaning crew found it but never got back in touch with me.
It started with the owner not giving me the code to the lockbox before I arrived. Check in was at 4 and I arrived at 5. I texted and called the owner and got no answer. luckily I was able to go to my son's house and wait for them to call. 30 min later still no answer so I called VRBO and they finally got me in touch with the owner. Once we got in the house was old and in need of some attention. Just not what we expected.
Comfortable house, plenty of room, large backyard was great for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood was perfect for a gathering of old friends following a memorial service for one of our friends that passed away.
Cute older home with all you could need and more! Very thoughtfully stocked and good neighborhood! There are also two super cute and friendly cat neighbors:)
House was a lot larger than expected. Host was kind, courteous and responsive. Research the neighborhood prior to your stay for no surprises, however we had no issues during our time there!
House was very clean and had a lot of space. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Master bedroom was wonderful! Enjoyed staying there. The only suggestion is to update the couch and chair. It was very uncomfortable to sit on and worn. Overall, a great place to stay.
We were visiting family in the area and absolutely loved staying at this property. It is in a safe area, not far from The Old Mill, and plenty of stores and restaurants close by. The house is much bigger than it appears. Clean with nice, comfy beds. Fenced in backyard for your fur babies. There are games to play plus baby items you may need. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also a nice dining room in which to have a family dinner. Such a wonderful host! We will definitely book again the next time we are in the area.
Home is in a nice neighborhood of older homes. Lots of room! Split bedroom plan. Well stocked kitchen, even has an array of spices in the pantry closet. Updated bathrooms both with tub/shower combos. It was so nice to have a fenced yard for our two little dogs. Thank you Melissa and Ryan for hosting us in your VRBO.
Fair neighborhood but ceiling in main room needs repair and paint and exterior needs significant repair and painting
A lot of dog poop present in back yard
I had several family members stay at the house while they were in town for a family event. The check in process was easy. The home is older and in an older neighborhood. However, it felt very safe and we had no problems. The house was larger than it looks from the street and very clean. It was wonderful to have a place that accommodated our son’s dog. It met our needs and we will consider using it again in the future.
Melissa is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to messages. She graciously changed our reservation dates, as she was able last minute. Very much appreciated! My husband and I stayed for a few nights Thanksgiving week. When we first pulled up to the house, we were a little concerned about the condition of the exterior. No worries, it is very well maintained inside. It was chilly at night, but this older home was very cozy, with central heat in the front of the house and a couple of space heaters in the rear of the house addition. The king bed was super comfy and the bathrooms were very nicely updated . Furnishings were comfortable and all rooms were spacious, storage spaces included. The hall "closet" stores extra baby supplies and sheets. It is large enough to be used to store guest's extras as well. Kitchen provisions could be beefed up a little, however, nice touches are there, with working dishwasher and an up to date Keurig kcup/ drop coffee maker. The fenced in back yard is accessible from the kitchen and the hall, right outside the master bedroom. This house is in a very good location in North Little Rock in an older, traditionally stable and quiet neighborhood. It's near several good restaurants, shopping, I-30 and I-40. I travel to this area several times a year and will stay here again.

Adorable tree-lined neighborhood with friendly, dog-walking people. The home is SO MUCH larger than it appears in the listing! Fun and eclectic with clean bedding and living spaces and bathrooms. The fenced backyard is shaded and very large with a patio and mature trees and 2 doors conveniently opening into it from the kitchen and the bedroom wing. Lots of closets, some the size of a small nursery! There is a closet full of baby supplies (pack n play, highchair, toys, etc) but the crib shown in the pictures may be the packnplay and it didn't look as clean or nice. There were a few other cosmetic rough spots at the house but a little peeling paint and scuff marks didn't affect our stay.
My favorite thing was the welcome basket with snacks, a sweet note and doggy biscuits and the fabulous magazine choices!! Melissa communicated with me every step of the way, even when I was just stupid! And finally, our housekeeper was beyond kind when we checked out.
