Relaxing stay

Fantastic condo for a relaxing stay in Maui. 1 minute walk from the beach and super close to restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and everything you need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Fantastic Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this South Kihei property !! You are steps from the beach ,walking distance to markets , restaurants and shops, and only a 20-30min car ride away from most towns / attractions if you’re heading out to explore! Deans communication was top notch pre trip , during our stay and post stay and I appreciated all the checkins ! Parking is first come , first serve , but we rarely had an issue finding a spot close to the condos main access. The AC worked great and we didn’t find we even needed it much as the ceiling fan in the bedroom kept us cool and comfortable overnight . We enjoyed breakfasts / quiet mornings on the lanai and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at the condo. The condo has beach chairs , an umbrella and two coolers! I loved the Hawaiian Moons Natural Foods just around the corner from the condo , super convenient and great selection!! Make sure to try Fred’s Mexican Cafe - walking distance from the condo ( beef and pork tacos were delicious)! You won’t regret staying here !! We can’t wait to return ! Mahalo Dean

Great location, well-equipped condo

This condo is in an ideal location behind Dolphin Plaza in Kihei. Very nice pool, hot tub and barbeque area. Easy walk out as it is ground level. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with decent knives, pans etc.

Fantastic location in the heart of Kihei

Fantastic condo on the main floor steps away from beaches. Short walk to many restaurants. Owner was very responsive and proactively communicated. Would stay again in a minute!

Great condo great stay!

Property was as described. Location was great and the beach was just a short walk across the street. All the essentials and then some are provided. Condo stocked with beach chairs, blankets etc. Was also a full kitchen with everything you need to use it and while we didn't really take advantage of it, it was nice to know it was available. There were restaurant options within walking distance and everything else we needed was within a 10 minute drive. Dean was very prompt with email replies and gave excellent details. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location

I don’t often write reviews but this one definitely deserved one! The location of this property is PRIME in Kihei! Very underrated!! The suite location is also 2 minutes (one block really) from one of the nicest beach in Kihei! Also one and a half blocks down you can get ice cream and finally a quick 6 minutes away from one of the most popular restaurants in Kihei known for taco Tuesday :) The property manager is super communicative and very professional. Inside the suite there was everything you needed and more. I will be returning back to this location because it’s worth the pricing unlike other suites that are charging way more than necessary. This made my first trip to Maui, a memorable one!!

Clean place and great location

My wife and I spent two weeks here for our honeymoon and had a great stay. In terms of the condo itself, it is really clean and spacious. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, there are extra towels and sheets, a dresser and a spacious bedroom closet. What really made us appreciate this place were the extra little things - Things for the beach, like the beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, take out containers to pack food. The condo building is just off the main street of South Kihei Road. The complex (there are about 4 buildings) has a quiet time at night, which suited us fine. There is a pool, but we never used it. If you rent a car, there are two parking lots. The condo is just off the front one - Find the stairs and it’s the one on the right. This is a popular lot, so it was usually full by 6 pm. The back lot has a lot of parking spaces (note that anything under the roof is for owners) and it’s a few mins walk. Walking there at night is dark though; there are some lights along the road, but not like traditional street lights. Note that this part of the road is just for this building, so it's not like there's a lot of traffic. My wife and I thought the building is safe in general. The location was awesome for us; it’s right by Kamaole Beach I. There are a lot of great places to eat and it was walkable - Cafe O’Lei, Maui Tacos, etc. When driving, it took us approximately on average: > Wailea beach - 9 mins > Kapalua Bay in West Maui - In the morning, an hour > Target, Costco - 20 to 25 mins > Haleakala - On a Friday, left at 1:45 am and arrived at the summit at 3:45 am > Road to Hana - On a Sunday, left at 4:30 am, arrived about 6:30 am at Wai’anapanapa State Park In terms of communication, Dean was responsive in a timely manner. He left very clear instructions so we had no issues finding anything. All in all, it was a wonderful stay for us and would recommend this.

Great Home B

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Dean's condo. The condo is clean, has access to the lanai from the front parking area (ground level), and has all the gear you need for a trip to the beach. It is located in a great spot just a short (2 min) walk to Kam 1 beach, where we used the beach chairs from the condo to watch the sunset every evening.

Great unit

We really enjoyed our stay at Dean's place. Great location central on the island of Maui, except a bit of traffic in Kihei. Unit is even better than the pictures, kitchen is very modern and functional. The only con would be that the AC is in the main room, so it gets cold at the dining table, while still being warm in the bedroom. Other than that the whole unit is only positive and clean. Dean also provides a lot of useful items such as beach chairs and umbrellas, baby crib, snorkel gear, coolers, towels, drying rack, washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. We would definitely come back.

Condo in paradise!

My Husband and I stayed at this lovely property and it was better than we even expected! The condo itself is located on the bottom floor, close to the parking lot making it an easy access upon arrival and departure but also for your day to do activities. The location is also very quiet! The amenities provided by Dean are top notch, the bed in the main bedroom is extremely comfortable and clean! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets and utensils you’d require. The in-house laundry is a nice touch for extended stays. The spacious patio makes it lovely to have a nice meal or simply relax out of the sun! The shrubbery around it makes it feel very private! THE LOCATION is perfect. A two minute walk from the very popular and beautiful Kamaole I beach - making it perfect for a soak in the ocean or a romantic walk on the beach at sunset! Many local eats and shops located near by as well! Thank you for providing my husband and I a lovely place to stay while in Maui! We hope to book again in the future!

Amazing!

The condo was very accommodating and a perfect location for me and my son! Literally a block from the beach and close to other places! The condo was clean and well kept! The check in was super easy, parking usually available in the lower lot and condo was close to parking area! Only down side is only ac in main part of condo and not room but fans were available in the bedroom! Def would book again for next year!

Wonderful Stay in Kihei!

My wife and I had a terrific stay in Kihei. The location of the property is perfect - one block from the beach but still quiet and private. There are numerous restaurants and shops within close walking distance. The newly updated unit was as advertised. It's on the ground floor and the ocean-facing lanai is nicely protected by a beautiful hedge and awning shades. Dean is very communicative and helpful. He even apologized for a very minor issue with a bathroom cabinet hinge! Thanks Dean. We'll be back for a future visit to beautiful Maui.

Our favorite location in Kihei!

The condo was perfect - close to the beaches and restaurants, yet very quiet and private. The recent updates and new furnishings are beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our favorite pastime in Kihei is walking the beaches, and this location couldn't be any better. Our host Dean was very helpful and communicative, and we would certainly rent this unit again on our next trip back to Maui!

Perfect little getaway

This condo is conveniently located just across the street from the beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable. All the necessary items were available to cook with. The owner also provided beach chairs and beach umbrella along with great beach towels. The owner also provides a good channel selection on the TV. We felt at home and would have loved to stay longer.
