- 1 bedroom is located on the upper level and is equipped with a video projector.
- 2 bedrooms are located on the basement level.
- The gym equipment is located in the walk in closet.

Travelers will have full access to the unit except for a walking closet downstairs in the third room which contains the owner's personal effects.

- The property is 30-40 minutes drive from Montreal, and is 30 minutes from Ski Saint Bruno
- Restaurant: Cantine St-Roch/Cantine Chez Jo
- Local Attraction: Ski-doo trail, Richelieu river

- Please note that we have snow removal services for the parking space. As the service doesn’t include the stairs, we do our best to remove the snow from there but you might find snow if there is an overnight snowfall and you would have to remove it with the provided shovel.
- As this is a very recent build, the backyard cannot be worked on in 2022. The landscaping will be done by spring 2023 and the yard will be easily accessible by then.
- For guests using VRBO or our website to book, please note that the payment processor charges up to 4% fees that will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Airbnb bookings are not impacted.

Comfortable Stay

The house is great, the neighborhood is nice too, the only issue we had was it is kind of far from most things. An hour back Montréal, two hours to Quebec City.

Clean and organized

Place was an hour away from montreal but the owner responded super quick to our questions. Only drawback was that the tv was bent forward but it still works. Definitely will use this listing again if we go back to Montreal. Very quiet and clean neighborhood.

For Americans, You will find this unique blend of American and European style. Nice little neighborhood. Close to Montreal. If going into the city, there is a Subway in Longuiel that can save you parking and time.

The house was clean and in the safe neighborhood. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the leaving room didn't have a curtain.

It was very pleasant stay. The host had taken care of everything and we didn’t need to worry about supplies or anything. Also, the check in was very smooth and Youssef was very kind. I will go there again.

Suburbia

Nice neighborhood with an "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" feel with no living movement the whole time we were there. It was a little far from the Bell Center where we saw the legendary Cyndi Lauper. The traffic leaving was thick and the hour drive to get back was rough. But the house was nice and comfortable.

We stayed for 2 nights the house looks good but not maintained very well. I wouldn’t recommend for families with children. No essential supplies at all.

Ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié : Volonté ressentie de l'hôte de faciliter la vie des vacanciers; Commodités disponibles dans le logement; Espace, propreté et calme; Exactitude de l'annonce. Ce que nous avons moins apprécié : Commandes électriques des volets pas toujours opérationnelles. Conclusion : Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce grand logement au calme, et y avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Pierre Suggestions pour l'hôte pour améliorer sa prestation : Equiper les chambres de lampes de chevet ; Réparer la fermeture de la fenêtre de la chambre du sous-sol côté rue ; Vérifier les commandes des rideaux des fenêtres ; Réparer le rideau de la chambre du premier étage.

En général c’était bien, manquait des tasses et de la coutellerie. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Store brisé dans la chambre à coucher à l’étage, store brisé où la porte-patio, pas de store ou rideaux dans la salle à manger. La télévision était mal fixé sur son socle.

Séjour Noel 2022

Nous loué cette maison pendant le temps des fête et cela a été à la hauteur de nos attentes… Amine est un hôte parfait il a répondu à toutes nos demandes. La maison est pratique et bien équipée.
