Great for Family Stay Away from Strip

Everything was just as advertised, the hosts kept us informed of necessary information and were accessible at all times. For our little family it was a home away from home, you can’t ask for more than that!

Business trip

My company was in Las Vegas on a business trip. The property was close to the event and very easy to get to. The house location was very secure and in an ideal neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a central north Las Vegas property. The owner was very easy to contact.

New Spacious Home and Backyard

We had an excellent stay! The house is more spacious than the pictures showed and there is a fenced in yard with turf. Everything was very clean. There are a few toys and games for young kids. We had 3 kids with us and they did great here. We plan to stay here again when we are in the area. Highly recommend!

Sound like home away from home love this place.

When we arrived, it was very easy. Everything was immaculate. Very updated. Had everything you needed. The only thing I didn’t realize is that there was an upstairs and all the bedrooms were up there. The bathrooms were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Felt very at home. had a great stay owners were very accommodating and we would love to stay here again. Would totally recommend.

Amazing stay

Easy to get around.

Place was clean and everything we needed. Beds were comfortably . Master had large suite very satisfied. Tv,s had plenty of channels to watch when we needed some downtime. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable.

Wonderful home

The home was a brand new construction, so everything was nice and clean. The host provided essential amenities such as linen, towels, clean pots and plates. The stay was very comfortable with plenty of beds. Would book again

Beautiful Cozy Stay

My Stay here was fantastic! The property is very well up kept and in a nice little neighborhood. On the first day, we poorly planned the timing of our flights with the 'check-in' time. The owners graciously adjusted their times to accommodate us! They had very reasonable and simple 'check-out' process and were very easy to contact if needed. Highly recommend!

Great Experience!

Staying at this house was an amazing experience! The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with, and the house was spotless and fully equipped, which made it super easy to care for my family, including two little ones. Las Vegas Tournament Stay

Went to Las Vegas for a youth baseball tournament. My family and I had an awesome time! Thomas was very quick to respond if I had any questions or concerns. The house was really nice and even had some small activities for my kids to play with. I would definitely stay here again!

25 minutes off the strip

You can see the stratosphere from one of the rooms. About 25 minutes away from the center of the strip. It a new build neighborhood. The surrounding area isn't that great. But lots of restaurants that deliver. The house itself was amazing very clean and well laid out. I would say there again

Great House & Location

We were in town attending an NHRA race and did not want to stay on the strip or anywhere downtown or with a casino. This house was in the perfect location for us and is exactly as described. It is in a new development and located near a Walmart for groceries. In addition, there are lots of restaurant options. Hosts were always quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice, extremely clean new home

Myself and two other family members stayed here while visiting a friend who lives nearby. Check in and check out was easy, as well as communicating with the host. The house had nice appliances, furnishings, and finishes! Absolutely no issues whatsoever! Will definitely stay again :)

Excellent home overall. With better beds and outdoor furniture I would give this home a strong 5 star rating. With these additions I would definitely book this house for our next annual Vegas trip
