Welcome to our stylish and tranquil retreat! This peaceful home offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and all the amenities you need for a perfect getaway. Relax by the fireplace or catch your favorite flick in the cozy movie room. Unwind in the large backyard and find your inner calm in the meditation zen garden. Enjoy the soothing breeze on the back patio or stay cool indoors with air conditioning. Whether you're seeking relaxation or entertainment, this place has it all!
Children: no suitable for children under the age of 12.
Smoking: There is strictly NO SMOKING of any kind permitted anywhere in the unit. If you smoke, please do so outside and at least 7.5 meters away from any doorway or window. This includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco, and e-cigarettes. Please do not discard these in the house trash cans, grass, sidewalk, or anywhere on the property.
Quiet Time: No loud noise from 10PM - 8AM. Our home is located in respectful residential neighborhood. No parties allowed. The landlord lives on the other side of the house.
Pets: Small/medium (under 50lbs) pets allowed for a fee of $50. Pet blanket must be used if your pet will be on the furniture to prevent damage. Pet blanket will be provided.
Number of Guests: The number of guests listed on the booking must match the number of guests staying in the home. No undeclared guests allowed.
