“A NEW 20,000 BTUs” of cooling power, Private beach (3 blocks away), hot tub, heated swimming pool, fishing, boating, dog friendly beaches,, access to tennis courts, volleyball, bocce ball, bike paths, golf courses, picnic areas, and a diverse selection of top-rated restaurants and breweries. Relax and make the most of the amenities with self check-in, safe parking, easy access to all Burlington has to offer. Plus 4 sleds. this is the perfect getaway spot. RB-3383
The space
This beautiful vacation rental is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway in Vermont. The apartment is equipped with a hot tub (Open All Year) and swimming pool (Open May-MidSeptember) Perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Guests will have access to a dedicated parking spot and will be able to walk to shops and restaurants, as well as enjoy a short drive to Church St, easy access to bike path and parks. You will have a beautiful view of the trees from the apartment and it is just a two minute drive to downtown.
The location is also perfect for skiing enthusiasts, with several ski areas within a reasonable driving distance. Cochran's Ski Area is just a 22-minute drive away and Mad River Glen is 53 minutes away. The apartment is also close to the arts District and on one of the best bicycle paths in the country, with little exposure to vehicle traffic.
Guests can also take advantage of the nearby Oakledge Park, providing prime lake access, beautiful beaches, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, open fields, barbecue grills, a playground, a volleyball court, and a tree house. Paddle board and other water sport rentals are available. A lovely two-mile ride or stroll along the waterfront for dining. (two bicycles provided)
The apartment features solid wood walls, vaulted ceilings, a massive wall of southern facing windows, WiFi, Apple TV, AC, and dedicated parking steps from your door. It is located on a dead-end street in a quiet wooded neighborhood, nestled in between two parks. No tobacco is allowed.
