The open field across the road is full of deer and other wildlife. The bike trail, quiet country roads and the snowmobile/rec trail are right out your front door.

My husband and I are life long Yoopers who have retired to the Northwoods while spending our winters in Arizona. We like to bike, golf, hike, walk, spend time on the lake and play pickleball, all activities the area has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Although the neighborhood is in town, it is off the beaten path, with a vacant field across the street and very little traffic.
What makes this property unique
You will be in town while feeling like you are in the country. Access to the recreation trail and quiet back roads are right out your front door. Enjoy the quiet back yard or walk a few blocks to be in the heart of the vibrant downtown.
