We stayed while working at a trade show at Enercare Centre. We were able to walk back and forth which was great. The only issue with the unit was the lack of toaster, paper towels/kitchen tea towel. Otherwise, we had a great weekend.
Wonderful! ( With minor items needed for improvement)(Minor) cons: bathrooms need slight adjustment (replace bathtub caulking, install curved shower curtain to make the shower feel more spacious, replace broken toilet seat in master bathroom), replace broken entrance door swing bar lock Plus: clean, bright and cheery layout, well stocked kitchen (with some spices, oil, and 2 different coffee makers… coffee pods and ground coffee was included, which made mornings so nice!), floor-to-ceiling windows were lovely (and bright- bring a sleep eye mask if you’re sensitive to the morning light), stove and microwave and kettle made for easy to prep meals on site, and having 2 full bathrooms was great, and so was having a washer and dryer in the apartment. The 2 bedroom beds were comfortable- however, if you’re shy, the 1 bedroom has a couple sliding glass doors as part of the room (this was totally fine with our group). We didn’t use the sofa or daybed for sleeping since we just had the 4 of us using the 2 beds. The on-site amenities were great- we loved using the pool and hot tub, and the gym facility looked great. The location was fantastic- a short walk to the Bluejays’ Skydome and aquarium (a 20 min walk), and 20 Uber ride to the ROM/ Bloor. St. Place was quiet and felt safe (even walking in the neighbourhood at night). Security at entrance. Having access to assigned underground garage parking for 25 per day was a plus. Comm. Was easy. Thanks, can’t wait to come back.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Don’t think we would stay here again.
Cons- The place was quite dirty, the bathrooms especially were disgusting. Contact with the host was difficult, often several hours waiting for a reply on things like check in and out procedures. The hair dryer was broken as well.
Pros - Great location, good layout and lots of space.
Excellent location, nice building. Great pool and exercise equipment.
The most serious problem was that the master bed had a huge ledge that made it hard to get into. There was not even enough space to walk around it without barking your shins. This was not the bed that is advertised in the photos.
An additional inconvenience is that there is no reasonable eating space for the advertised 6 people - just 3 stools beside the kitchen island, which has no overhang.
Other issues:
- no toaster
- no soap in showers
- right master bed side: light not working
- right master bed side: no outlet
- really sleeps only 5, not 6 (unless 2 of them are toddlers)
- only one key (for 6 people, really?)
Cute little condo. We could walk to Roger’s Place, the tower, the aquarium and lots of activities. Going to ScotiaBank arena took a 30 min walk but then we figured out how to take the streetcar to Union station which made it all easier! Beds were comfy but small and the building was quiet and felt secure.
Great location, place is just like the pictures (nice)
My adult daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. The condo is quiet and located right by a street car stop. We used the street car to connect to the subway and it was easy getting to where we wanted to go. The condo building is quiet. Very nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The location was great, we were showing at the Royal and it was within walking distance. Which was a bonus. The 2nd bedroom was mostly glass with no curtains so that was a little odd with a lack of privacy. Otherwise a cute place to stay.
Overall, our stay was great. The location is perfect and close to everything in the city. The check in process was different than any other I have had in the past but not difficult. The pictures make it seem much more luxurious than it is but again, if you need a place to sleep and shower in a good location, then it is fine.
My wife and I loved our stay at this condo. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to see while in Toronto. I know bigger attractions such as Scotiabank Arena and the Aquarium were only $10 Uber ride away.
The place was very clean and welcoming with great views of the park. Any questions we had Hamid answered very quickly and the check in/out process was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay while in Toronto!
