8 minutes / 2.3 miles to University of Michigan Museum of Art
9 minutes / 2.3 miles to Power Center for the Performing Arts
10 minutes / 2.5 miles to Hill Auditorium
The space features two bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and comprised of mostly families and young professionals - you can walk to several shops for quick trips or a bite to eat. Getting to and from the highway is super easy, and it's located fairly close to everything in AA.
Each bedroom is furnished with nightstands, lamps, and a comfy queen mattress on an 18" raised platform, so you can easily store your luggage underneath. The windows have real black-out curtains on them too so you can sleep in to your heart's content. Each bedroom also has a full-height closet where you can find a fan or an iron/ironing board should you need either.
The bathroom features original tile throughout, a toilet, and a shower tub combo. The shower has body wash, shampoo & conditioner. We provide plenty of towels too, they can be found folded in the hallway linen closet. You'll find extra toiletries, etc. in the hallway storage closet or in the vanity under the sink.
The kitchen is well lit and has the basic essentials from hardware, pots, pans & utensils that you may need. There are a few extra countertop appliances located in the cabinets too. In the mason jars on the counter, you'll find coffee beans, hot chocolate (seasonal), and oatmeal which you can help yourself to!
The living room features a 42" wall-mounted tv, a convertible couch that doubles as a bed, and a couple of stylish side chairs. We ask that you use coasters on the wood just to keep rings from forming. There are extra blankets and pillows in the linen closet if you or a fellow guest is using the couch bed! The smart TV itself has Prime, Hulu, HBO, Disney+, Netflix downloaded so feel free to log in to your own accounts.
The dining area between the kitchen and living room features a mid-size dining table and 4 padded sturdy chairs - we have definitely had the table do double duty as a desk or meeting space ourselves.
Out back you'll find another dedicated (not-shared!) dining area with seating for 6, on our patio. The space is enclosed by a pergola which has curtains for privacy, cozy string lights, and a shade sail to keep cool. The space also includes a park grill and grilling tools like a spatula, fork, and tongs (these utensils are found in the kitchen). Guests should plan to bring their own charcoal and return utensils to the kitchen when finished.
We have high-speed internet and a strong wifi signal throughout the apartment so your devices can be connected throughout the space!
Guest access
Guests have parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway, and free street parking too. Uber and Lyft are available and public transit is close by too. You can walk to the big house or even downtown though most would prefer to take an Uber.
Other things to note
The place features radiant heating which will make some metallic clicking/popping noises from time to time in winter, when it's running.

About the host
Hosted by Shay B

I'm a real estate agent and a dedicated Superhost here to ensure my guests have a wonderful experience. I've been hosting since 2019 and have hundreds of 5-star reviews across my property portfolio. Looking forward to hosting you on your next trip to Ann Arbor!
Why they chose this property
Located on the west side of Ann Arbor, Eberwhite is a highly desirable neighborhood full of nature, old-growth trees, and parks. It's lively and full of exciting people from all walks of life. It's not uncommon to meet neighbors going for a walk (in warmer months). For most of our guests - like us - this is exactly what we want/pictured! If this isn't your jam, that's ok - we bend over backward for our guests but we can't (don't want to) change the neighborhood culture!
What makes this property unique
Mere minutes to all of the downtown Ann Arbor area; there's plenty to do for tastes of every kind. We've compiled a guidebook for our guests to use - it's been populated based on our experience living here and the common questions our guests ask!
There's a phenomenal public transit system here in Ann Arbor, and we're close to several lines and the Blake transit center. Really, you'll never need to use them because you're mostly walking, biking, or ubering (when it's cold out) to anywhere you could want to go downtown.
