Wonderful New Years Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Fairview Lodge and we were extremely pleased with the house. Originally the change in layout was not ideal for our group (3 families) when they removed one king bedroom, but we were able to manage quite well, and the management company was fantastic to work with us on the change. The house is very open with plenty of comfortable seating, especially with the new sectional couch and tv space in the basement. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to make most of our meals at the house, whether breakfast, dinner, or snacks. The Management company was also great to accommodate our early check in and was very communicative during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We have been vacationing in Colorado for many years, and after going to Tahoe last year, we were so glad to be back in Breck. We will definitely consider to stay again and use this company for alternative properties should our needs change. Thegolf course location was also ideal for us to get to all our activities, and visit 3 different resorts (Breck, Keystone, & Vail) during our stay. Highly recommended from us.

We have stayed in various properties over the years as are family has grown and Fairview Lodge fits our family perfectly! We enjoy getting out on the deck, playing cards, putting puzzles together and just plain having fun in this beautiful home in a perfect location.

Family get together

We had a great time. We are a family of 10 including a 2 year old. Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The house housed all of us easily without feeling like we were in too if each other. Bigggg kitchen which was good as we took turns cooking dinner and then all hands in for cleanup. The communication with the rental company was STELLAR. Always responsive. The only issue we had was my husband got hit in the back by a golf ball while playing with our grandson up by the hot tub. As one who has hit an errant shot or two you know the risks of being close to a tee box. We always felt safe and even met some of the resident neighbors. Highly recommend this property and this property mgmt company.

Fairview Lodge

The house was very family friendly and worked well for my group of 8 including a baby and 2 1/2 yr old. There were a few maintenance issues such as the hot tub needing a cleaning and a burst spigot but River Ridge Rentals was quick to respond and handle everything extremely efficiently. They also followed up after repairs which was greatly appreciated. One of the best managers I have ever encountered so kudos to the team. The only recommendation is more light in the bedrooms and a sound bar for the living room tv as it is very hard to hear with the sound bouncing off the stone fireplace. Would definitely rent this property again.

Very nice property for families

We were pleasantly surprised to have a nice warm garage to park our two vehicles in. Kitchen was well stocked and never ever ran out of hot water in showers. Hot tub was clean and hot and in great working order. Had a great time!

It was our 30th Anniversary and we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and a charcuterie board as a gift! The house is very well appointed and spacious. We love the main floor living room especially as there is so much room for everyone to sit and talk or play games. The kitchen is beautiful and recently remodeled. We will stay at this property again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was absolutely and incredible week with our family. Far exceeded our expectations. There was a place for everyone - it was so comfortable and appealing. We were the fortunate occupants to a new kitchen that was beautiful very functional - we felt blessed to be in that beautiful home with spectacular views from every window - we didn't have to call on you folks for anything as I remember. We did call about a wine opener and then found it - the only drawback was personal for me as I had altitude sickness that lingered during the week. We got oxygen that helped but I was fatigued - it didn't ruin by stay - I was OK when I stayed seated so that I did and watched everyone having a great time. We were so close to downtown as well. All good.
