Incredible sunsets all year long, this is easily the best ocean view in the South Pacific of Costa Rica with the same spectacular view from almost every part of the house. Watch the people down below walk on the beach or the surf while lying in your bed. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing surf on the beach in the hidden rocky cove just below the house. The villa is exquisitely furnished with rare woods and granite, marble, and quartz counter tops. The villa Sleeps 14, with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. This three story villa has a private gym and bar on the third floor lookout. There are a total of 3 bars, a pool table, large swimming pool with new tile, 2 waterfalls and 6 seat swim up pool bar. There is also a large outdoor Jacuzzi. For the cooks in the house or the chef (available for hire), there is a top of the line gas grill and gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. The first floor outdoor area boasts a large “under roof” patio terrace with dining table and sitting area. The deck overlooking the beach also encompasses a seating area (with optional umbrella) surrounding a fire pit, along with two lounge chairs for those looking to bask in the sun. The main living area is large and comfortable for those days when looking for some R&R or watching a movie. The 3 car garage is accessed by an electric gate. There is beautiful landscaping and gardens on the property, as well. The beach is a short walk away!

The first floor outside has an incredible large infinity edge pool and waterfalls with 6 person swim up pool bar, jetted plunge pool, and large covered outdoor entertainment area with top of the line BB-Q grill set up.
The first floor inside: Two bedrooms with queen size beds, with televisions, and air conditioning. The spacious living room opens up to the pool area for indoor/outdoor living. The TV entertainment area has two extra large sofas and queen size Murphy bed. The pool table area has a large 8 seat bar with of course the pool table! There is a half bath for guests centrally located. The large dining area seats 12 around the gorgeous live edge Guanacaste table. Last, but certainly not least, the kitchen with its beautiful granite and quartz countertops including top of the line appliances and exotic hardwood cabinetry throughout.

Second floor inside: Two standard bedrooms with king size beds TV and Air conditioning and each with full bath and granite counter tops.
One primary suite with private lounge area and bar. The king size bed with memory foam mattress and cooling beads with expansive ocean views. Huge bathroom with his and her vanity sinks, large shower, and waterfall Jacuzzi bubble tub emulating those same ocean and sunset views.

Third floor covered lookout: large 9 seat bar and 4 person dining table. Nice multiple station gym setup. All with the insane ocean views and sunsets that take your breath away.

The location of the villa is perfect. Perched just above the coast and within a quick 5 minute drive to restaurants, supermarkets, tours, and shopping.

Power outage? Not a problem! The house has a propane generator large enough to run the entire house. So when everyone around you has no power, this house will be sitting comfortably with electricity!
