Didn’t get to travel and could not get a refund!

Did not travel because of the hurricane and they would not give me a refund nor a credit to use another time! This was my first and last experience with VRBO and I will not be recommending anyone to use it!

Very clean and spacious

We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit, the property is beautiful, feels secure. Unit was very spacious. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay again. Downside: pools are cold and our little one wasn't allowed on any slides even with one of us right there with him. He's very strong in the water but things were based on age and height and abilities weren't taken into consideration. This is a property thing, not a reflection on Koala.

Amazing resort but shuttle to parks no longer offered

This resort was conveniently located to all Disney parks and hotels. The Lyft or Uber ride-share was easy and economical to take us to and from the parks. We appreciated the amenities and the blender in the condo was very useful for a quick healthy breakfast. I highly recommend this resort but be aware that they will offer a sales presentation for time share ownership. We did not have the time for that and were not overly pressured to attend.

Perfect spot for our Disney vacation!

This property was perfectly suited for our family. Lots of great amenities, super clean, great response to service requests, close to everything. A beautiful resort - I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Orlando. The check-in process was a bit long, although the staff was incredibly friendly and competent. Also, the website advertised a shuttle, which was no longer available (we discovered this upon arrival). We ended up using Uber, which was a good alternative.

Amazing property and amazing value !

My husband , myself along with our 16 and 20 year old daughters stayed a week at the resort and were beyond impressed with the condo and resort itself. Tons of amenities and the condo was a great size for the 4 of us We had an amazing week and hope to be back next year.

Amazing Property

What a beautiful resort! We easily spent multiple days on the property pool-hopping and enjoying the Florida weather. The room was perfect for our families needs: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the bells and whistles. We will likely return to this property on our next Orlando trip. The resort is very close to the parks and has lots of things to do. We used uber to get back and forth from the parks and it was a great time and money saver plus we got dropped off and picked up close to the entrances. The Conod itself was clean, large and had everything we needed. We would satay here again for sure.
