Upon entering the property you are walloped in the face with the fragrance from the immaculately manicured garden and flowers. The property itself is a beautifully kept property above the garage so no worries about disturbing any one below you. The house was clean but does show its age in places.
The house is located a stones throw from the beautiful beach, less than a 10 minute walk from the pier and a short drive from a couple of different grocery stores. In addition it offers really easy access to the highway.
The host was perfect. Easy communication and didn’t bother us at all during our relaxing stay.
The only downside to this property, while secure and safe does back on to an ally where we witnessed a couple of suspicious activities taking place. It also lacks substantial AC for those hotter days. The AC in the bedroom was a lifesaver but having it throughout the home would make it perfect.
The only other down side of this beautiful property is the staircase leading to the house is rather narrow which did result in our 2 year old falling and sadly losing a tooth.
Otherwise the home is beautiful, perfect location, safe and exactly what we would have hoped for!
