Great home

Very clean house and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Good location with a grocery store and restaurants close by. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location for family visit

We loved the location, the open floor plan, and the yard, it was perfect for us and our dog. I think the write up has a typo, the photos are accurate, there is one queen bed per room. There is a separate front door, making this more of a duplex than a single family, and the resident there has dogs.

Peace and Quiet in Surprise

Nice, quiet, clean, spacious and convenient to everything. The home was casual, and very family and pet friendly. Lovely neighborhood with nearby parks. Would definitely stay again.

Holmes Spring Training

The property was very spacious, in a very nice residential community. Very accessible to Royals Spring Training facilities.Property disappointments:* listing was not clear that there was an adjoining unit whish was occupied with barking dog. Crowded drive parking* could not use the dining table for meals as chairs seats were in poor shape. Seat cushions about to break thru.* damaged sofa table as apparent dog gnawed/ chewed legs. Also baseboard entry wall.* no bedroom side table lamps* patio had items strewn about.* no tv in bedrooms.
