RENOVATED Beach house located just north of the Dunlawton bridge in Daytona Beach Shores. Friendly, quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The house is located just north of the Dunlawton Bridge, between A1A and Peninsula. Buses are close by for transportation to Main Street and Ocean walk, which are approx. 6 miles north. The beach is half a block away and there is beach access. The house is a 1950's cement block home, and we love it's charm!

We loved staying at this home! Great location, close to beach, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool and spa. Betty Lou was wonderful to work with!
Very nice house close to the beach. Several restaurants nearby and close to shopping. Backyard is fenced and pool and spa are great. Recommend this house for your stay.
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Betty Lou for being so accommodating and communicative. We loved the back yard- which has a lovely swimming pool and spa and plenty of extra room for our dogs to run and play. The home was well furnished and a lot of attention and detail has gone into making any stay super comfortable. We hope to be able to visit again.

Pefect Stay for our Family
This house was the perfect distance from the beach, had the most gorgeous, fun pool and hot tub for the kids, and the house was the perfect fit for the 5 of us. Betty was super accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay again.
This is a beautiful house in an excellent location. The neighborhood is very close to the beach and very quiet. The owner is very quick to respond to every need. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
We really enjoyed the location of this property. We walked to the beach everyday. We walked to restaurants and the enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, and lots of space to spread out.
It was perfect for my husband and I’s 5-night visit with our dog and our daughter and her fiancée’s visit for 1-night. It was close to some great restaurants and the track which we go to every Thanksgiving holiday for the Turkey Rod Run. Very comfortable beds and plenty big enough for us.

Why they chose this property
This is great 1950's cement block home - the atmosphere is "beachy"! We fell in love the minute we walked in the front door. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was important to us, and the backyard was the perfect place for a patio/pool/hot tub/fire pit. We visit the home as often as we can to be sure everything is up to date, maintained and in working order for our guests.
