Single family home with fenced in back yard located on cul-de-sac 5 miles from Penn State campus. Fully furnished, 950 2/3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, gas grill, & fire pit. 1 queen, twin bunk beds, + pull out queen sofa to comfortably accommodate 6. Linens and towels provided. One block from CATA bus route. Walking paths throughout neighborhood, woods nearby for bird watching, hiking, dog walking. Pets negotiable.

Available for weekend or weekly rentals. Contact to discuss monthly rentals. Prices include all utilities.

Football weekend

Deb is great to work with and responds promptly to inquiries. The house works great for a football weekend. New kitchen, bath and living room area. The trails behind the house are great for a quick walk. Hope to be back soon!

Football weekend getaway

Overall a good stay at this home on a Penn State Football weekend. It was comfortable for our group and fit our needs. Rooms/beds and pictures on the listing are outdated. There was a 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Home was generally clean but some areas need a little more attention to dusting/cobwebs.

Wonderful house and neighborhood

Stayed 5 weeks and it felt like home. Nice fenced-in backyard for the cat to explore, walking paths around the area, great kitchen and fantastic shower pressure (water tower right nearby. :-) ) Friendly neighbors and great hosts, responded to our questions instantly.

Perfect for a long weekend!

Such an adorable property in close proximity to everything you could possibly need, including stores, restaurants, gas stations, and of course Penn State! It had everything we needed for our long weekend stay, the outdoor area was awesome to have, we made a fire and sat outside quite a bit, and the owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we ever need to return to the State College area!

Amazing stay!

We had a 3 month stay here and could not recommend it enough! The house is stocked with everything you could need, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the hosts are easy to reach should any problem arise! 10/10!

Small, convenient and perfect.

Family of 4 went up for a Penn State football game. It's about a 10 minute drive to campus. The house is small, but it was clear that the owners have upgraded it. Really clean, great looking inside. There is one bathroom, which requires some plannig with whomever you are staying with. =) I would stay here again in a heartbeat becuse of the location and overall adorableness of the home. Communication was great. Oh, and Penn State won, which just made everything a little bit Happier in Happy Valley!

A nice welcome to Happy Valley

My family moved from Nashville in May but had a 2 month transition period before we could move in to the home we purchased. We were blessed to find a place that welcomed our furr babies and had a fenced yard all while being affordable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Deb and Rich were very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay and gave us a nice place to call home until our permanent home was ready to occupy. Thank you so much for a warm welcome to town.

Perfect weekend stay!

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 during graduation weekend. The home is spacious, in a convenient location to campus and downtown, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Deb was an excellent host, and very responsive with communication. She quickly came to our rescue when we were accidentally locked out one night and was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying here for a visit to State College!

Clean, quiet and great location!

We stayed here for the PSU v Illinois game and the house was wonderful. Very clean, easy to get to and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed to make last minute tail gate items! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location

House was in good location but smaller than expected. In neighborhood with houses close together….. House was in need of updating as furniture has seen better days but was functional. Bathroom was small but appeared to be updated recently. Tv in living area was nice but it was a mystery how to use TV in main bedroom… Good choice for a weekend stay in State College

PSU GET AWAY

This property was perfect for us. Close enough to PSU for a visit. It was the most well stocked VRBO ever. I would suggest that they leave the binder that gives you info re the unit on the kitchen table. We didn’t find it till day 3. Kitchen and bath were perfect. Neighbors were friendly

Great family stay

Comfortable and cozy place stocked with just about everything you need for a long term stay in State College area. Our family enjoyed the outdoor grill and fire pit, the kids loved the little pond. Great hosts too.

Great stay at Penn State

We really enjoyed our stay for Penn State graduation. Really close to everything. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a quiet cul de sac location. The kitchen was newly renovated. Debbie and Rich were very responsive and friendly.
