The house is set on a wooded acre of mature birch and cedar trees, just far enough outside town to feel private, but close enough to bike into Boyne City in minutes. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming from the oversized dock. In the evenings, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen and spacious entertaining areas, or relax in the hot tub. Retire for the night to three generously sized bedrooms.

About the host
Hosted by Roger and Kathleen Meyers
Kathleen is a retired neonatal nurse and Roger is a practicing attorney. We have a son in college and a daughter in high school. We spent more than 20 years renting houses all over Northern Michigan before we finally found a place to call our own -- and now we can't wait to share it with you! We love all four seasons up north and enjoy many different outdoor activities ranging from boating and fishing to hiking, biking, skiing, and snowmobiling.
Why they chose this property
After two decades of renting, we know Northern Michigan like the backs of our hands and this is the best possible location we could have imagined. With 126' of Lake Charlevoix frontage, a one-acre lot partially wooded with birch and cedar trees, five minutes to Boyne City, and all the best skiing, hiking, and golf surrounding us, what more could you want?
What makes this property unique
Three words: views, views, views. This house looks out onto the lake from the dining room, the sun room, the living room, and the primary bedroom. And, unlike some houses where the water is "look but don't touch" because of distance or steep hills, just walk down the driveway and jump right in!
