It is located in a tranquil setting down from the road and behind trees with stairs leading down to the waters edge where you can launch a kayak, view the local wildlife, or just explore the beach. A five minute walk will take you into town where you can browse the many shops and enjoy some of the food and beverages available to you. Mackenzie Beach and Chesterman Beach are a short five minute drive for those who want to surf. Tofino has something for everyone. My wife and I have two daughters and we live in Richmond, B.C.
Why they chose this property
We began visiting Tofino when a good friend moved there with his family to become a fishing guide. Over the years we visited them and came to enjoy the secluded tranquility of Tofino as well as the many outdoor activities that it had to offer. When we started a family of our own and the opportunity to purchase this unit presented itself, we jumped at it. Over the years it has become a second home to our family. It's a wonderful place to get away from the everyday stresses of life and to lose yourself in nature. Our children have grown up knowing our 'Tofino home' is a place to enjoy the outdoors while exploring the beaches, fishing, prawning, and surfing at Chesterman Beach.
