Rural finca with pool and garden in a quiet location near Campos - Sion Cura

This spacious Mallorcan finca is situated in a particularly rural and quiet location near Campos on a 35,000 sqm plot. It is surrounded by fertile fields with almond trees. The beautiful sandy beach Es Trenc can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.

First floor:
On the first floor are the living room, the large dining room and the kitchen with fireplace. The living room and kitchen are not connected by a door, but you have to go around the outside via the terrace.

Second floor:
There are four bedrooms here, each with an en suite bathroom with bathtub. One of the bedrooms is particularly spacious and has a double bed (135 cm x 200 cm) and a small living area with an additional sofa bed and an armchair. There is also another bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and two bedrooms with two single beds each (90 cm x 200 cm). Three bedrooms in the main house and the double room in the annex are air-conditioned.
The landlord lives in the old mill tower of the finca with a separate entrance. He discreetly looks after the house and the well-being of the guests whenever necessary. His many years of experience with rentals guarantee you a pleasant stay.

Outdoor area:
The garden area is beautifully landscaped, with a spacious lawn around the large pool. There is also a table tennis table. The house is also suitable for celebrations, and several Spanish weddings have been held there. Four cats live in the property.

Pool:
12.50 m x 6.50 m, depth 60 cm - 200 cm, stair access.

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may be incurred if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night) The finca is very suitable for events and can be rented for weddings or birthday parties, for example. Price on request and depending on the number of people. Tourist tax is included in the price.

Cleaning:
Final cleaning included, intermediate cleaning included for stays of 14 days or more.
