Cosy finca in the centre of Santanyi, with pool, garden and billiards - Casa Brava

This house is located on the outskirts of Santanyí. Although you can reach the center of Santanyí in just 5 minutes, you can enjoy peace and quiet here. The beaches of Cala Santanyi, Cala Mondrago or Cala S'Amarador can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car. This house is only rented to families with children for larger groups.

First floor:
Here you will find the large living and dining area with sofa corner, dining table, pool table and adjoining, open modern kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a small bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm). There is a bath and a shower room en suite.

Second floor:
Here, on a tower gallery, there is a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), a shower room and a balcony.

The house can also be rented with an additional basement for up to 12 people, in which case the two bedrooms and the additional shower room on this level can also be used.

Outdoor area:
The 2000 square meter plot with lawn around the pool (which can be illuminated at night) is completely enclosed by a wall and has beautiful orange and cherimoya trees in the entrance area. There are direct neighbors - the homeowner lives next door. There is a lovely brick barbecue area on the covered terrace. Finca Ca Na Barbara is directly opposite.

Pool:
9 m x 4.50 m, depth: 135 - 170 cm, stair access, outdoor shower, the pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. No arrival and departure possible on Sundays. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply if additional persons are booked. There is no deposit. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Tourist tax is included in the price.

Cleaning:
Final cleaning 150€, final cleaning is waived for regular customers. Intermediate cleaning on request (15€/hr). The service is payable in cash on site.

Nespresso coffee machine, pool table, table tennis, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, safe, hairdryer, basic equipment with salt, pepper, sugar and washing-up liquid
