Apartment Martina is located on the 5th floor in the spacious Colina Sol apartment block, directly above the beach of Vale Centeanes and is easily accessible by elevator.
It is a cozy apartment with charm and fantastic sea views. The living room with dining area and adjoining well-equipped kitchen has direct access to a large terrace facing the ocean. There are two double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, WiFi and air conditioning in all rooms (extra cost).
The dining area on the terrace seats 4 people and is the ideal place for al fresco dining. The comfortable lounge furniture invites you to relax. Here you can enjoy extensive sunbathing and picturesque sunsets or relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
Centeanes beach is less than a 3-minute walk away, and restaurants, bars and a small supermarket are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.Fee for air conditioning 70,-€/week.
In the months of November to March, electricity is charged according to consumption 0.25€/Kwh.
