Wow! Well located walking distance to everything!

Wow well located in heart of all attractions. Walking to every visiting site no need for taxis. The place is nice and clean. When you using the room upstairs there’s a few stairs to climb. The terrace is nice and full sun if you want or dhade that can be used. Alejandra was very helpful and available all the time. She explained must see’s and gave us directions, maps, cost sheet, etc. Totally recommend!

Beautiful Downtown Sevilla Home

No need for a car, when we stayed at this lovely house. It is centrally located, with restaurants, bars and the beauty of Sevilla just steps away. It was the perfect location. The house was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and spacious. Many windows to open up to the activities going on in the streets below, but shutters did a wonderful job keep noise at bay. Our host, Alejandra, gets top marks for great communication. She answered all our questions in a timely manner, offered suggestions on sites in the neighbourhood, and kept in touch in case we needed anything. The house was very welcoming when we arrived, where we were able to meet Alejandra and she provided a plentiful bowl of fresh fruit. This house was exactly what we needed in Sevilla, to experience the city as if we lived there, and we would highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of old town Sevilla. Accommodation has lots of room, full amenities and a gorgeous upper level terrace. From here we had walking access to everything we wanted to visit in Sevilla. Thank you!!

Our host was excellent, both for arrival and departure. Was most accommodating for our schedule, pointed out restaurants, attractions and groceries in the area. Listing was very accurate, and if I returned to Seville would stay in this apartment again

Gorgeous Home in wonderful location

This home is gorgeous and decorated with much attention to detail. Centrally located and short walk to the Alcazar and cathedral. We appreciated all of Alejandra’s help with secure parking, her warm welcome and information about local restaurants and sights. Comfortable bed and AC we’re also very much appreciated. We have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this home in Sevilla. Muchas gracias Alejandra and Julio!

Excellent Stay

Host was great. Fresh fruit bowl was nice. Place was excellent. Location was fantastic, in the centre of the old part of town and within walking distance of most historical sites. Some stairs to deal with for older folks. We had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

Fantastic visit to Seville

The house was clean and beautiful and in a great location. Alejandra was lovely and very helpful. She made sure we were comfortable in the house and gave us lots of information about the area (despite the fact that we didn't speak the same languages). We had a great time and highly recommend it. The only thing I would be aware of is that the house is on multiple levels which was fine for us, Anyone with mobility limitations should not rent this house. I did have some concerns about safety on the stairs, they are steep and wooden, so you need to be very careful going down. The upstairs bedroom has a flight of stairs down to the bathroom, which seemed a bit hazardous if you needed to use the washroom in the night.

Alejandra’s Vrbo is just beautiful

The property is immaculate. Several levels, many stairs. Beautiful floors, windows onto the street, a terrace—perfect for Semana Santa (although I shouldn’t advertise that, since we want to come back). Two bedrooms, two baths, a small but adequate kitchen, a lovely, tasteful sitting area. Excellent art on the walls. Alejandra is gracious and solicitous, providing us with many informative flyers and maps—not to mention the well-stocked kitchen. We mentioned to each other many times how lucky we were to have found this lovely place. Thank you Alejandra!

Wonderful stay in Seville

Alejandra's apartment was a wonderful place to stay in Seville. We were 4 adults, travelling by car, and very much appreciated the included garage space. The apartment is tastefully decorated and looks out over a 13th century church. The rooftop terrace was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped. Only one caveat, those with mobility issues will have difficulties, as the apartment has many levels to climb. We loved ut!

Lovely apartment in Seville

The apartment has so much Spanish charm and is decorated beautifully. It is located near 3 gorgeous old churches. It is also very near the wonderful restaurant Contenedor. It is a nice walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the parking was convenient as well. The hostess was wonderful and even though we spoke no Spanish we we able to communicate well

Excellent Location, and Spotlessly Clean!

Alejandra was such a gracious host. Very proactive and responsive. Her place is very central within old Seville and easy walking distance to everything you might want to see. Alejandra's place is also spotlessly clean and shows pride of ownership as well. It was very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, and this was a minor issue for my elderly mother-in-law, so she was not able to enjoy the terrace. Also, be sure to bring your own ground coffee (no grinder or drip coffee maker), if you want coffee in your room - however there is a great local cafe right outside your door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment with old world views

We enjoyed our stay. The view was fantastic and the neighborhood had grocery, and excellent restaurants and tapas bars right outside the door. Alejandra has excellent taste in decor and art. It was quiet. We think the quality of the restaurants was much better than in the center of the major tourist areas. It is only a 20 minute walk to all of the sights and places that Seville is known for. Alejandra is an excellent and thoughtful host. There were traditional Christmas sweets and fruit waiting for us. We do have to say that the apartment itself has a lot of stairs. If you have balance issues or struggle with narrow stairs perhaps this is not the right place. The bigger bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, no stairs. That being said, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located

This property was an entire house and conveniently located . The host met us and although language was challenging. she was very helpful. The car park is covered and located nearby. The house was clean and had a lovely balcony at the top floor. It should be noted that it is 3-storey property without a lift. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Estadia top em sevilha

A estadia na casa foi muito boa ,a casa é limpinha muito bem decorada e tem tudo o que se precisas, fica a uns minutos a pé de qualquer local de sevilha. Ter garagem é uma grande vantagem pois podemos deixar lá o carro e ter andando sempre a pé. A Alejandra explicou varias coisas de SEvilha e ainda nos deixou uns mimos (fruta). Aconselho e espero voltar um dia

Amazing house in Seville

We had a lovely time at Alejandra's house. It was in a great location within walking distance of all we wanted to see. It was very comfortable despite the many stairs. It was all very clean and Alejandra was so helpful. An excellent base for a stay in Seville

Light, bright and perfect location

Local Seville living at its best. Neighborhood vibe. Immediate walking to markets and restaurants along with walking accessibility to Centro historical sights. Very well maintained and three wonderful floor to ceiling window doors that open onto the small plaza in front of the historical church across the street. Don't miss the top floor terrace with bougainvillea flowers.

Relaxing spot to set out on Seville adventures

This is a lovely charming two bedroom two bathhroom property with everything you need. In the warm months the ground floor bedroom is ideal and cool, the upper floor bedroom opens onto the large balcony area which has great views of the church opposite gives an ideal setting for late night cake and morning breakfast. The area is quite with minimal car traffic, single one way route outside. Safe quiet family residental area, we walked everywhere at all times and never felt any issues. Excellent host, who ordered our taxi for the return and always attentive on the whats app. She sent me the photo of my passport to allow me acess into the cathedral, (most places need this) Plaza De Monte-Sion 6 mins walk has lively bars and all you need supermarket. Fish market (not on monday) Mercado de Feria 4 mins Loads of resturants in Alameda Hercules 9mins Plaza Zurbaran good bar and tapas and a pit stop on the way into the shopping area. Have a great time.
