Can't say enough

Great apartment. Easy to get to from airport. Jean-Luc was incredibly helpful with suggestions and very responsive to emails. Awesome location. Our favorite restaurant was just steps away. Had an amazing time wandering around Venice. Thank you Jean-Luc for all of your help. We truly had a memorable time.

Zentral gelegene Unterkunft im Erdgeschoß, sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hervorragende Betreuung durch Vermieter, Küche, Bad, Schlafgelegenheit alles in bester Ordnung, WIFI in hoher Qualität, sehr stabil.5 Minuten von Fte. Nove entfernt, in der Nähe zahlreichen hervorragende kleine Lokale mit regionaler Küche. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Bonne adresse

Idéalement placé, au calme, fonctionnel et très propre,propriétaire enclin à donner beaucoup d'informations. Seul inconvénient, l'impossibilité d'utiliser les toilettes normalement ce qui est très gênant et découvert tardivement.

Praktische , kleine Wohnung

Saubere, kleine Wohnung in guter ruhiger Lage, mit allem was dazugehört in der Nähe. Das 3. Bett ist allerdings wirklich nur für Kinder geeignet. Vermieter war sehr bemüht.

perfetta base per visitare Venezia

a due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto Fondamente nove, ma a San Marco si arriva a piedi in 15 min e in poco più anche a Rialto. L'appartamento di Jean-Luc, che è stato un perfetto ospite con cui abbiamo comunicato in tempo reale via whatsapp, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e non ostante sia al piano terra, anche in periodo di grande turismo non siamo mai stati disturbati in quanto la zona è silenziosissima. Si tratta di un monolocale non grande, che può ospitare al massimo 3 persone, dotato di tutti i comfort compresa l'aria condizionata e fornito di tutto quanto necessario.

Je recommande cette location. Bien placé. A 5mn de l'arrêt du bateau et 10mn de la place st Marc. Quartier vivant. Lieu historique. Au centre de Venise. Proche marché du rialto . Après un premier séjour on y revient.

Appartement parfait pour un séjour réussi

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement confortable et très bien équipé, qui est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Très propre et très bien chauffé, avec un lit confortable. Appartement calme, situé dans un quartier très sympa et proche de tout. Tout a été très bien

Quartier vivant et typiquement vénitien avec son école, ses cafés fréquentés par les locaux, ses commerces (boulangerie, primeurs, superette ...). Proche de tous les lieux à voir (San Marco, Rialto, Palais des doges ...) et de la station de vaporetto Fondamenta Nove pour arriver de l'aéroport ou aller sur les îles (Murano, Burano). Appartement mignon, calme et très propre. Très bon chauffage et super lit ! En plus le propriétaire est très disponible et donne plein de bonnes adresses. Nous avons aimé ! A recommander !"

Lovely apartment in a great location. Host was amazing!

Jean-Luc really looked after us and was easily accessible before, during and after our stay. A great host who gave lots of tips about where to go and what to see. The apartment is lovely and well appointed with everything you need for a short stay. It's also very well located for all the sights while feeling like you're in beside real Venetians at the same time. We'd really recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Venice. I can't emphasise enough how well Jean-Luc took care of us! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Luc! À la prochaine!

Adresse recommandée pour un séjour agréable à Venise

Un excellent séjour de 5 jours en couple fin novembre 2018 malgré un épisode d'Acqua Alta record, mais cela arrive périodiquement à Venise. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation idéale du studio et son équipement complet. Le contact sympathique avec le Propriétaire et ses conseils judicieux. A recommander sans réserves

Exactly as described. Perfect location and had everything we needed fir our 3 day visit

Just perfect for what we needed. The welcome bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch. We only had breakfast each morning but kitchen had all essentials if you want to cook. Jean- Luc as host was brilliant. Extremely easy to deal with and fabulous recommendations. 3 days was not enough and so we will be back and will definitely stay here.

Great location for our needs

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est calme, très propre et très bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Tout y est. Situé dans un quartier très agréable il est à deux pas de tout. En se promenant San Marco est a 10 minutes et le Rialto a 8 minutes. Le campo San Giovanni e Paolo qui est à côté est très sympa. L'appartement est facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport et proche de la station de vaporetto Fondamenta Nove qui dessert les îles de Murano, Burano ou du Lido. Nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de Prosecco et les nombreux conseils de Jean-Luc nous ont fait passer un excellent séjour.

Séjour inoubliable, appartement très bien localisé, confortable, très calme, conforme aux photos.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier très proche de Fondamente nove, et seulement à 15 mn à pieds de la place St Marc et 8-10 mn de Rialto en marchant tranquillement. Bon point de départ vers les quartiers paisibles car moins touristiques de Castello et du Ghetto, et leurs bons petits restaurants. La proximité de la station de vaporetto Fondamente nove est agréable, soit pour rejoindre directement les îles de Murano, Burano et Torcello, à ne pas manquer, soit pour se rendre vers la gare et rejoindre le grand canal, que l'on peut également rejoindre facilement à pieds. L'appartement est proche de bon nombre de petits restaurants et cafés où il fait bon s'attabler dans le charme des placettes et des canaux tranquilles. En rez de chaussée dans une petite ruelle très calme, il donne côté cuisine sur une cour également bien calme. Notre principale crainte était le bruit, et nous avons été rassurés dès la première nuit. C'est un appartement ancien mais parfaitement bien équipé, rien ne manque pour passer un séjour confortable. La propreté est irréprochable. La salle de bain est petite mais la douche fonctionne très bien, ce qui est important après une bonne journée de marche! Une bouteille de Prosecco nous attendait, ainsi qu'une bonne documentation sur Venise et ses environs. Jean-Luc, le propriétaire, a été très attentif à notre bien-être et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et de bonnes adresses avant et pendant notre séjour. Il nous a même envoyé un plan pour accéder au magasin bio. Encore merci!! C'est avec grand plaisir que nous retournerons à Venise à cette adresse, que nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Vacances très agréables

Perfekte Lage außerhalb der Touristenströme und dennoch mittendrin

Die Wohnung ist im schönen Sestiere Cannaregio gelegen, sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Venedig benötigt - sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss führt manchmal dazu, dass man sehr dicht am Geschehen ist (Lautstärke). Allerdings ist die Calle de la Testa eine kleine Straße... besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die liebevolle Vorbereitung des Aufenthaltes durch den Eigentümer, der Venedig sehr zugetan ist, sich auskennt und mit Tipps und Empfehlungen zu einem gelungenen Aufenthalt beiträgt.

Agnès Mario Nous avons déjà rédigé des commentaires, eu égard à la qualité de la prestation nous rennouvellons. Appartement très bien entretenu, confortable, très bien situé : à 5 mn de l'arrêt de vaporetto Fondamente Nove, 15 mn de la place Saint Marc et du Rialto. Jean-Luc le propriétaire est très sympathique de bons conseils ( documentation, bonnes adresses) Appartement à louer sans modération.

un charmant séjour

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la convivialité de Jean Luc notre logeur qui par ses conseils nous a permis de découvrir restaurants et endroits de charme. Son appartement est très bien situé. Le quartier est calme.Proche des transports. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Un endroit où il fera plaisir à revenir.

Ce logement est très fonctionnel. Il est idéalement situé par rapport au centre de Venezia.

Logement très agréable et idéalement situé notamment par rapport au Rialto. De nombreux restaurants dans un environnement proche. Depuis l'aéroport, on prend un vaporretto pour le Nord de la cité (Fondamentale Nove), et on est à 5mn à pied du logement. Nous y retournons depuis 4 ans. Que dire de plus ...
