Beachfront townhome (left side from street view), 2000+ sqft, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, all with tile showers. Excellent location, beautiful sunrises, and gorgeous ocean views with lots of beach, even at high tide. Enjoy our updated, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the house, TVs in living room and all bedrooms with access to YouTube TV as well as all your personal streaming options. Upstairs leads to common access to large sundeck overlooking the shore and features 2 bedrooms; one with one king bed, one set of stacked bunk beds and private bath with tile shower; one with one king bed, one queen bed and private bath with a charming claw foot tub and tile shower. Oak floors and heart-pine panel walls on lower-level deliver that charmingly quaint, beach cottage feel, featuring 2 bedrooms; first with one queen bed, one set of stacked bunk beds, and private bath with tile shower and second with one queen bed, one set of stacked bunk beds and hall bath with tile shower. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops; the great room and wood burning fireplace - great for those cold off-season nights - and the window-walled dining/sunroom overlooking the beach complete the living area. Making Memories

This was a trip where old friends were enjoying each other's company and making memories. The house and location was perfect for that. The house has alot of character on its own and layout was great for multiple families or couples. Would rent again

Best relaxing vacation!

The property was exactly as listed! The host was quick to respond and great to work with when we decided to extend our stay one more day. We loved being so close to the beach and will definitely stay again!

Excellent access

The home is positioned right off the beach and had great access. We did struggle a bit to get out by 10AM which seems a little early, but other then that its fantastic. Loved our stay at this home.

Our First Edisto Vacation

The property accommodated our family of 8 perfectly with bedrooms and baths for each of the 4 couples. Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Location was great - close to all top restaurants, shops and gorgeous sunrises!

Home Away from Home

This beautiful, rustic house was the perfect oceanfront haven for a long weekend with family…there are so many things we loved about this house. the beautiful view and sound of the ocean, the cool breeze that blew under the house while we relaxed on the swing and the seating area was perfect for our Labor Day cookout… the beautiful sun deck was a added bonus to look out at the starts at night and to sit to see the ocean during the day.. the house was very nice, clean, and comfy!! We enjoyed our time together in the house and on the beach..we loved that only a few steps and we were on the beach.. We definitely want to come back next year to this same spot… thank you again for opening your home to us!

The Stay at the Seafarer

We had a Wonderful weekend right on the Beach! Coffee on the deck, walks on the beach Beautiful pictures! We did our own portraits at the house and on the Beach, what a Wonderful backdrop! We had originally planned a large group of family but plans changed. The house was so comfy, we felt right at home! We would love to come again!

Ocean front relaxation

The property had a great location. Walking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. We specially enjoyed the ocean views from the dining room and chess game table. Angela has maximized the space with plenty of places to sleep and sit. We would love to come back soon !

Pure Paradise

We will definitely be returning in the future. This vacation home was more than we expected. Angela kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The home is very nice and clean. The worst part of the trip was having to leave.

Perfect for spring break

We had a wonderful stay for spring break, was very close to the beachfront, and very easy for our children to access the water while we monitored their activity. Very well stocked home, nice bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, plenty of space for two families with children.

A Slice of Paradise

We truly enjoyed our stay here, and the owner could not have been more kind, available, and gracious. We wanted to find a home we could literally step out of the house and into sand on, and this was literally exactly that! Our days and nights were filled with pure joy, imagination, shell-searching, and the complete epitome of peace. We cherished that sweet break from reality and already look forward to returning ♥️

Perfect Beach House

Oct fall beach trip

Our overall stay was okay but not great. My communication was excellent with the owner Angela and check in and check out was easy. Our disappointment came with the condition of the rental property itself. The porch on the lowest level had way too many items out that cluttered the space. The hammock got in the way of parking. There were dried up plants just sitting around and the mat by the faucet was old and broken to pieces. On the second level deck the porch was cluttered with old furniture and a floor mat that was so frayed it looked as if it would disintegrate if it was picked up plus there was sand all over the porch. The bedrooms were packed so tight with furniture it was difficult to move but it was very nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. The master closet could not be opened all the way because a nightstand was blocking the door on one side. The wood floors on the lower level were worn down to raw wood and were not clean. The family room was, again, crammed with heavy leather furniture that was too big for the space and the rug under the coffee table was saturated with sand. The downstairs was dark and did not give off a happy beach vibe. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to prepare meals which was very appreciated. It is unfortunate that the interior did not match the exterior or the location (which was wonderful). This space has so much potential if it was just decluttered and some fresh paint added.

Outstanding First-Time Duplex Rental

Our family of 8 stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had PLENTY of room. We were a bit nervous about the duplex since we’ve only rented entire houses before. I must say our experience was fantastic! We never heard a peep from the other unit and it truly felt like we were staying in an entire house. The owner was easy to communicate with and even left us a beach bag as a welcome gift (we use VRBO frequently and have never received a welcome gift). Stay at the Seafarer - you’ll love it!

Wonderful Escape

We had a FANTASTIC time. Angela was a fantastic host. The house had everything we needed and some things I wasn't expecting. We even brought out dogs and she was so kind as to leave a little something special for them too. Angela was very responsive and easy to work with. We also enjoyed Edisto Beach. The weather was great, not too hot. It wasn't crazy crowded like some beaches. Just a nice relaxed atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again.
