Villa of 80 m2, on one level with terrace of 60 m2, 600 m from the sea, on land of 1000 m2 with trees and fenced in a very quiet area.
Several places for parking in the property.
Almost everything on foot: 15 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes to go to the market, 30 minutes from the croisettte.
Bus access and small railway station nearby, For the little train, the city center of Cannes is at 5 minutes, Nice at 40 minutes, Grasse at 10 minutes, but also Menton, Ventimiglia.
The access to the motorway is 3 km away.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es war sehr sauber. Küche und Bad sind schon älter, aber es ist alles da was man braucht und die anderen Zimmer sind gut gepflegt und die Betten bequem. Dank der Deckenventilatoren ist es auch im Sommer erträglich. Der Garten ist so traumhaft wie auf den Fotos, allerdings konnten wir wegen der zahlreichen Mücken zumindest Abends nicht wirklich draußen sitzen. Aber das ist ja nicht dem Haus anzulasten. Die nähere Umgebung ist schlicht enttäuschend, aber schöne Strandabschnitte sind in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gibt es ausser der Kioske allerdings keine nennenswerte Gastronomie. Dafür kann man sich für kleines Geld mit dem Bus sehr einfach Richtung Cannes oder auch die restliche Küste bewegen, wenn man denn möchte. In Summe hatten wir mit unseren Kindern einen tollen Urlaub.

Un piacevole soggiorno nel verde

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa bella villetta con il ns cagnolino dal 06 al 13 Luglio 2024 e ci siamo trovati bene; ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato il Sig. Denis, che vive nella dependance accanto alla villa. La casa dispone di tutto il necessario per il Vs soggiorno ed è dotata di biancheria da letto e da bagno (su richiesta) e, all'interno dei vari armadi, sono a Vs disposizione prodotti per tenere pulita la casa. Il punto forte è ovviamente il giardino, dove potrete rilassarvi a qualunque ora del giorno e della sera e dove abbiamo sempre mangiato, grazie al comodo tavolo ombreggiato. L'unica pecca sono state le numerosissime zanzare e, pertanto, consigliamo di accendere vari zampironi sia di giorno che di sera. La spiaggia e i vari negozi del quartiere si trovano a poca distanza percorribile a piedi, pur trovandosi la casa in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Per il futuro torneremo volentieri.

Gerne wieder!

Das Haus liegt zentrumnah und trotzdem ruhig. Es ist zwar teils etwas veraltet, aber wir fanden es sehr sauber vor und es verfügt über eine umfangreich ausgerüstete Küche. Insgesamt funktional mit riesigem, schönen Garten, der komplett hoch eingezäunt und fast durchgängig nicht einsehbar ist. Im Ortszentrum ist man schnell zu Fuß, ebenso an den unterschiedlichen Strandabständen. Selbst im Oktober konnten wir noch viel Zeit draußen verbringen und die große, überdachte Terrasse genießen. Wir waren in Begleitung unserer beiden Hunde, leider gibt es fußläufig keine Möglichkeiten, mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen, wir haben jedoch einige Kilometer entfernt eine tolle Stelle gefunden.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Das Haus ist recht gemütlich und hat einen schönen Garten mit einer wirklich tollen Terrasse. Wir haben des Öfteren gegrillt und die Abende draußen genossen. Die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern waren prima, zumal unsere erste Woche recht heiß wat. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Une expérience mitigée

Le tarif élevé de la location de cette maison n'est malheureusement pas justifié. Le bien demande a être rénové et mieux entretenu. Il n'est pas adapté pour de fortes chaleurs et le couchage d'enfants adultes ou adolescents. Heureusement, l'emplacement (a part la voie ferrée), le jardin et la terrasse relèvent le niveau.

Agréable dans l'ensemble

Extérieur plutôt sympa et bien entretenu, de belles fleurs et plantes ainsi que des fruitiers font le charme de cet extérieur. De plus un préau terrasse pour profiter de la journée et des repas. Pour notre arrivée nous avons eu une excellente surprise pour notre 5eme personne et nous voulons vous en remercier vivement . L'intérieur demanderait à être rafraichi " cuisine, salle de bain ". L'électroménager nous à paru très vintage " Machine à laver, frigo, aspirateur, Attention à la plage la plus proche de Cannes La bocca qui déborde d'immondices et de déchets divers, en plus elle n'est pas à 600 mètres de la location mais plutôt à 1km500 .Le voisinage infecte au bout du jardin avec 2 chiens hyper bruyant.

Maison agréable mais qui aurait besoin de rénovation ( salle de bain, mobilier de salle et de cuisine) et personne sur place très aimable. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Propriétaire très arrangeant.

Rustig verblijf buiten Cannes

Opzoek naar ontspanning zit je op deze locatie prima. Cannes is met 20 minuten via de auto bereikbaar. Cannes La Bocca waar de woning zich bevind is wel erg rustig. Prima voorzieningen (bakker/slager/groenteboer/supermarkt) om de hoek, restaurants/terrassen vielen wat tegen. Als je met de hond reist, hou er rekening mee dat de Fransen graag alles afzetten met hekjes en er dus geen echte directe uitlaat gelegenheden zijn. De stranden zijn ook strict verboden voor honden. Het dichtstbijzijnde natuurgebied, een prachtig wandelgebied waar honden zijn toegestaan is zo’n 15 minuten met de auto. Verder beschikt het huisje over, weliswaar wat verouderd, alle voorzieningen. De (in ons geval) gastheer is zeer vriendelijk. Wel enkel Franstalig, maar met wat handen/voetenwerk en Google Translate kom je een heel eind. Kortom, wij hebben een prima week gehad.

Une jolie maison

Jolie maison, propre, avec un beau terrain bien entretenu. La voiture est garée dans l'enceinte de la maison. Le quartier est calme, le passage des trains à proximité n'est pas gênant. En revanche une climatisation serait la bienvenue et il faut compter aussi avec quelques moustiques.

Villa à côté de la mer

Excellent séjour à cannes,la maison est idéalement placé tout se fait à pied. Le quartier est calme et le plus est la grande terrasse.on vit dehors. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Urlaub in Cannes

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus mit viel Charme. Liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, bis auf ein paar Züge der nahegelegenen Bahnstrecke absolute Ruhe. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand alles in der Nähe. Ausflüge mit dem Zug Absolut zu empfehlen, kleiner Bhf 5 Gehminuten zum Haus, mit stündlichen Verbindungen nach Cannes, Nizza und Monaco. Ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Beau séjour

On a vraiment apprécié le calme et le faite de ne pas être loin de tout pour le faire à pied . (Mer, marché, commerce, restau etc..). Nos chiens ont appréciés le grand terrain clos. Une seule chose, lors de la remise des clefs, aucun état sérieux n’est fait et nous avons trouvé que celui fait au départ était beaucoup plus examiné . Un détail, sur l’annonce , il est indiqué, ménage compris, alors que sur le contrat celui-ci apparaît payant. A rectifier. Sinon nous recommandons vraiment cette location.

Belle terrasse ombragée

Superbe extérieur, au calme et bien ombragé. La plage et commerce 15 min à pied et marché tout les matins. Intérieur propre et bonne literie. Seul bémol , l ' odeur assez prenante de renfermé dans la maison et les placards. Bon séjour dans cette belle région.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour le jardin et la terrasse sont agréables la maison est ancienne met d une propreté impeccable les ustensiles de la maison sont en quantité pour tout il faudrait prévoir une étagère dans le bac à douche pour les champoimg et gel doucheil faut également faire mettre un panneau interdit de stationnement de par et d autre du portail car les voisin se gare à ras le portail et il faut galéré pour sortir

Réalité de l'hébergement identique au Descriptif. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette coquette maison, parfaitement équipée et propre. La plage à 15 min à pied, le marché et les transports en commun à 10 min, nous ont permit un repos total. Quartier extrêmement calme, proche des commodités. Vraiment un lieu à recommander. Nous conservons les coordonnées précieusement.
