A central, historic, authentically restored apartment, overstanding the marina like at theatre, crazy sea view, at just three minutes walk from the train station and a short walk from restaurants, cafes and shops and the ferry to other villages of the Cinque Terre.
For those who want to arrive by car: the road that goes down to Vernazza is for experienced drivers. Private parking space is 300 meters from the house, just where the pedestrian zone begins (the access ramp is not suitable for SUV and MiniVan).
The apartment has a large and comfortable living room, with fresco ceiling and sea view. A double room with AC, a room with two single beds with AC and private bathroom. Second bathroom. Equipped kitchen. Heating. WIFI. Linen and beach towels provided. Cot on request
The apartment is on the 2nd (EU) floor, 23 steps only!!!!! from the beach.
Vernazza is a village of the 1400, the church of Santa Margherita is from 1100, and there are no houses with elevator but the most house-towers have steep steps.
We live in the so called Vertical Landscape!
Vernazza has a single road, which goes down and comes to the square face to the beach : from morning to evening all the life of the village pass in front of the sea.
From train station to the apartment at the marina, no cars admitted, no luggage services.
The central position and the descriptions above make it possible that this apartment was used in the past by an important family in respect of Vernazza community and of the Genoa Republic merchants and officers.

Perfect Vernazza stay

The perfect location and a beautiful apartment. Lots of room to relax and listen to the waves and the people on the square. Very clean, easy check-in. Fewer stairs to access than most places in town. We had rainy weather and still had a wonderful time.

Comfortable Apartment at Best Location in Vernazza

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay overlooking Vernazza’s famous town square and marina. Cristina has done great job setting up the apartment, providing clear and helpful communications and information, and an easy check-in / check-out process.

Great stay! Amazing location

We had a great stay at this property. The location was amazing and right in the center of town. Amazing ocean views too. The apartment was well kept and everything was very clean. It was nice having two bathrooms too. We would recommend this apartment for sure. If it’s available, definitely don’t pass it up.

Vernazza Stay

We had a very nice 2 day stay in Vernzza at Cristina’s apartment. Everything was clean and neat, plenty of space, comfortable and located right off the main plaza. Cristina was very accommodating and allowed us to check out later since we had an afternoon train. Great experience and highly recommend this apartment for a trip to Cinque terre!

Lovely sea view apartment

3 night stay. Loved the view. Could hear the garbage collection happening every morning, but the location of the apartment was worth it. Layout of apartment was nice. Nice living room space to relax in the evenings before going for dinner or before bed. We chose to eat out, so did not need to cook anything in the apartment. We did use the washing machine, and had no issues. Had a slight issue with the electric toilet off the second bedroom, but this was resolved through communication with the host and the cleaning lady. Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend. Was nice to be able to do self check-in as our train from Pisa got delayed, so we arrived a bit later than expected. We quite enjoyed the restaurants nearby, especially the Antica Osteria Il Baretto — the calamari was sooo good, and so was their spaghetti with mussels and prawns. Thank you to our host, for a lovely stay!

the property was beautiful. The check in was difficult. We did not have the code and the property manager kept advising that she already sent it..and all we needed was the code to be relayed and her response was " I already sent it" when we are halfway around the world and just need a code, and a little guidance, she could have been much more helpful. perhaps too much of a language gap!

Awesome location in Vernazza

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and would stay again. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The location cannot be beat, right off the square, and a mere 3-4 minutr walk to the traun station.

Magical time in Vernazza

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in Vernazza at Cristina’s place. Beautiful location, pretty quiet, comfy beds. The washer and drying lines were greatly appreciated. We swam, hiked, ate and explored. Cristina and staff were super responsive. We would definitely return!

Lovely place and lovely people

An excellent oasis in the midst of the crush of Vernazza. View the activity from the windows of this lovely apartment You can be part of all that happens or watch it from it above. The apartment is large, comfortable and feels part of the real Vernazza. We had some strong waves while there and it was a pleasure to walk down and watch them, and then see them from above through the apartment windows as well.

Outstanding place to stay in Vernazza. Helpful staff. I had trouble getting in (my fault - follow the instructions to the letter) and they helped me quickly. Not quiet some mornings with them working in nearby restaurants, but worth it for what may be the best location in the Cinque Terre. Great town. Great location in the town. Overall highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

Loved Everything About it!

We had friends who stayed here a year ago and when I reached out about things to do in the area, their first words were "if you can stay in this apartment it couldn't get any better". We rearranged our trip to take advantage of the open dates and were so glad we did! It was the best location- Amazing views, walking distance everywhere, spacious, clean and serene. We loved it and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in our unit. Because of the great location and view, it did require give up some of the quietness because the restaurnts and bars were located below us and it was quite noisy until around midnight each night. The view was incredible!

Magical place in Conque Terre

The apartment is located right in the middle of everything. We loved hearing the noise of the diners below and the sound of waves from the our bedrooms (the air conditioning was also a nice amenity for a July visit when it was time to sleep). You can tell that the placed is cared for and loved. We highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment & spectacular location

This beautiful property was immaculate, comfortable and well-maintained. The location is incredible! Amazing views of the sea from our apartment window. Less than a 1-minute walk to the beach. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station. The apartment is beautifully furnished and historic.

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location, right on the main plaza with nice views of the plaza and sea from the windows. Fun to watch nighttime activities in the plaza and not too loud with windows closed. It was a great size for our family of two adults and two kids. Apartment is a little run down but that is to be expected in this location and the charm and location far outweighs any small issues.
