Could have been better

Was nice however, there was hardly any chest of drawers to put clothes in. There were not many mirrors. No dressing table to sit and do your make up as a woman.Too many ornaments around and not enough light. Half of the bulbs did not work in the rooms.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house , clean and beautiful place. Convenient located and quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book again in the future.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine sous un beau soleil.La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce (belle piscine).Un plus pour la proximité des commerces.Bon contact avec la personne qui nous a accueillie.Très bon contact avec le propriétaire.Seul petit point négatif: ne pas avoir pris en compte la vétusté pour le remplacement d'une chaise dont une latte a cassée.Ce qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir avec plaisir :).

Besuch des Mimosenfests und Wandern

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wunderbar der Wintergarten mit Blick in den Garten. Boulangerie und Supermarkt zufuß erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, z.B. im Tanneron-Gebirge mit der Mimosenblüte, und für sonstige Ausflüge. Gut wäre, wenn im Winter die Villa bereits 1-2 Tage vor Ankunft geheizt würde, sofern nicht vorher schon Mieter da waren. Das Tor zur Einfahrt mit dem Auto sollte beidseitig eine Arretierung haben, da ansonsten bei stärkerem Wind das Eisentor beim Ein-/Ausfahren gegen den Wagen schlagen könnte.

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ausreichend Platz und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten ist klasse, vor allem wenn das Wetter mal nicht so mitspielt. Der Garten mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell und sehr nett geholfen.

Magnifique séjour dans cette villa toute équipée et sans souci. Procédure d'entrée et de sortie facilitée. On a passé une très belle semaine dans cette région magnifique.

Un site idéal, mais...

Très jolie villa. Bien située. D'apparence agréable, avec une piscine impeccable et bien entretenue. À peu près tout le confort souhaité. Toutefois, la villa manque d'amour de la part de ses propriétaires et ils auraient tout intérêt à procéder à des améliorations mineures afin de rendre le séjour plus agréable aux invités. Dès l'entrée, le portail électrique ne fonctionne pas. C'est déjà un signe du manque d'effort de la part du propriétaire. Quant à l'intérieur même de la villa, les murs sont un peu défraîchis. Insectes écrasés sur les murs, taches, replâtrage apparent et non repeint, etc. Literies et serviettes de qualité moyenne. Dans la cuisine, de la poudre insecticide en quantité dans le coin d'un mur, de même qu'une boite anti-fourmi, donnent une impression désagréable lors de notre arrivée. La batterie de cuisine était collante et vieillotte. Peu de garde-robe. Aucun savon, aucune lessive, à peu près aucun produit d'hygiène de base. On est très loin de l'accueil et des attentions des autres propriétés que nous avons louées auparavant. Et, une attention toujours appréciée de la clientèle, pas de bouteille de vin ni autre attention délicate ne vous attendront à cette location. Dans les conditions actuelles, si aucune amélioration appréciable n'est faite, nous ne retournerons pas ni ne recommanderons cette villa à nos amis. Et c'est bien dommage, car il faudrait peu d'efforts pour rendre cette villa très agréable...

Das erste Mal Cote Azur

Wir verlebten eine Woche mit der Famille in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage, perfekt für erholsame Tage. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große Pool samt schöner Sonnenterrasse.

Der perfekte Urlaub

2 wunderschöne Wochen an der blauen Küste in einer schönen Villa. Die Kommunikation war im Vorfeld sehr klar, vor Ort genauso. Auf Anfragen vor Ort wurde sofort eingegangen, Mängel direkt behoben. Der Eigentümer war nach kurzer Zeit direkt vor Ort und überaus freundlich. Vielleicht sieht msn sich 2 mal im Leben Villa der 3 Palmen

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette maison. Très bien située, proche du centre et de la plage et en même temps dans un quartier pavillonnaire très calme. Piscine et maison très propres. Des Foutas sont même mises à disposition. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de Clim dans le séjour mais avec les ventilateurs à disposition + Clim dans les chambres, la maison reste fraîche. La personne qui s’occupe de la logistique est très bienveillante et a su répondre à nos demandes malgré notre heure d’arrivée très tardive. Merci beaucoup !

Dommage qu'il faille s'enfermer dans une ambiance surchauffée à cause des moustiques et de l'absence de climatisation dans les pièces de vie où l'absence de climatisation n'est pas précisée dans l'annonce sur le site mmobile....dommage !!!!!

Good value house with pool in excellent area

This house is well located just of the heart of Mandelieu with walking distance access to a very large supermarket open until 10pm every day. The house has three decent bedrooms all with direct access to the garden and pool area and all with air-conditioning. There is one toilet (without a wash-hand basin) and a (large) shower and wash-hand basin in another room. It has a very spacious lounge and a separate eating area in a conservatory style extension. The kitchen is well equipped, if slightly dated. The house would have earnt five stars, if it were not for the absence of a large air-conditioner in the lounge and a wash-hand basin in the toilet and a second toilet in the shower room. Will book again for next year.

Wunderschönes Haus in prima Lage

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool und Garten sind auch richtig schön und gepflegt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar und die Lage ist prima, um die Côte d’Azur zu entdecken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Super Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet komfortabel Platz für 6 Personen, hat eine gute Lage. Zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Einkausfzentrum (5 Minuten Fußweg), 30 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Mandelieu-La-Napoule ist ein schönes kleines Dörfchen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

In die Jahre gekommen

Das Internet funktioniert manchmal.Die Beleuchtung ist miserabel und dadurch sind manche Räume, z.B. das Wohnzimmer, sehr dunkel. Der Backofen war schmutzig und es gibt kein passendes Backblech. Steckdosen funktionieren z.T. nicht. Wir haben nie eine Ansprechperson persönlich gesprochen. Es gibt sehr viel Dekomaterial, allein im Wohnzimmer fünf Glaskerzen mit ausgebrannten Kerzen und eine Illustrierte aus dem Jahr 2014. Das Haus müsste renoviert, geputzt und aufgeräumt werden. Der Pool und der Garten ist sehr schön, der Naturpark Esterel ist wunderbar, die Nähe zum Supermarkt ist toll und es ist sehr ruhig im Haus.

Wundervoll

Wir können dieses traumhafte Anwesen nur weiterempfehlen! Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße ist perfekt da man in 5 Gehminuten Supermarkt etc. vor der Türe hat. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Die Gesamtausstattung von Küchenutensilien, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern bis hin zum Gasgrill war sehr gut! Einziges kleines Manko bei der Hausplanung war das das Gäste wc kein eigenes Waschbecken hat aber das ist eigentlich nicht der Rede wert! Der Poolbereich sowie die verschiedenen Terrassen sind sehr gepflegt und der Garten wunderschön angelegt! Der Pool ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen! Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful town

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, villa was perfect for us all. Handy for the supermarket and bakery. 20 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to other families. Air con would have been amazing but we are from Scotland and not used to the heat!

Super Wohnlage mit tollem Außenbereich

Wir waren zwei Wochen Anfang Juni dort und der Pool mit Garten waren ein echtes Highlight. Sehr schönes Grundstück und perfekte Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Christina
