Villa Rio Maggio is located within the Rio Maggio estate that produces excellent wines typical of the area, a fabulous location surrounded by nature.
The house, situated on a hill, enjoys a splendid view over the valley where rows of vineyards and olive trees alternate.

The house is set in a large garden with private pool complete with deck chairs and sun beds. The ground floor is characterized by a large living room with fireplace and TV, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (of which
two with balcony) and a bathroom with jacuzzi.
You can also enjoy the outdoor porch equipped with table, chairs and sofa.

The house is in an ideal position: it is 12 km from the sea and is a 5 minute drive from the most famous Outlet Calzaturieri.
Surrounded by peace and tranquility guests will have the opportunity to spend a pleasant stay.

You can also organize walks through the vineyards and olive trees, discovering the countryside with its perfumes, visit the cellar, or make arrangements for a tasting of our wines and typical products at special prices.

In addition, the Rio Maggio winery organizes exclusive events that you can attend during your stay, thus enriching your experience .

Heaven in Italy

This place far exceeded our expectations. It’s big, sleeps everyone comfortably. We were a group of six but could have slept three more easily. It’s quiet with a beautiful breeze and the pool area was so relaxing. The owners treat you like family and even brought us a bunch of fresh apricots off the tree that were so sweet and yummy. We did not need for anything but food and drink. The kitchen is completely stocked and we cooked easily there. Town is five minutes away and the beach less than fifteen. Their wines are wonderful and we had a tasting that beat any American tasting we have been too. We will be back!

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern mit einem Hund und wir suchten eine Unterkunft für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Villa Rio Maggio war einfach perfekt mit der abgeschiedenen Lage, denn wir hatten keine Nachbarn außer den Vermietern, dafür aber einen wundervollen Ausblick und die Gegend ist wunderbar zu erkunden auch mit dem (E-)Bike. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit und in Civitanova war der Strand superschön. Aus der Beschreibung wird nicht ganz deutlich, dass das Wohnhaus das ist, welches man hinter dem Pool sieht. Um zum Pool zu gelangen muss man also hinter der Hecke entlang gehen, die man auf dem Foto sieht. Ich fand das allerdings gar nicht so schlecht, da die Kinder nicht so einfach unbeaufsichtigt zum Pool konnten. Das Gebäude rechts vom Pool gehört zum Weingut. Im EG befindet sich die Abfüllanlage und ein Raum zur Verkostung, im ersten Stock wohnt die Vermieterin. Alle Fensterläden zum Pool hin waren immer geschlossen und wir hatten den ganzen Poolbereich mit Tisch und Seating Area ausschließlich für uns. Gleich zu Beginn konnten wir eine Weinverkostung genießen. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend und der Wein hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Einmal war etwas kaputt und einmal hatte ich eine Frage zum Pool und Alessia hat jedes Mal sehr schnell geantwortet und mir geholfen. Vielen Dank also an Alessia, Tiziana und Simone, wir hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen bei euch und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ungepflegtes Haus und Grundstück

Wir können uns leider den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nicht anschließen. Unser erster Eindruck war eine schlechte Übergabe des Hauses, mit unzureichenden Erklärungen. Das Haus hatte mehrere Mängel: Im unteren Bad: defekte Duschtür und Toilettendeckel. Im oberen Bad : Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang und Undichtigkeit der Badewanne (Wasserschaden). Klimaanlagen oft Störungen (Tropfen und Eisbildung). Kleiderschränke zu klein. Defekte Fliegengitter. Defekte Stühle. Defekte Waschmaschine (Löcher in den gewaschenen Sachen). Wir mussten den Pool täglich selber reinigen. Der Außenbereich war eine Katastrophe (der Rasen war total ausgetrocknet und man musste sehr aufpassen, dass man sich an der Sprinkleranlage nicht verletzt). Pool hat scharfe Kannten beim reingehen. Keine Abwickelung bei der Abreise.(Schlüsselübergabe) Positiv zu vermerken war der schöne große Pool und die Weinverkostung. Zu bemängeln ist der Zugang zum Pool.(Kein direkter Zugang zum Pool) Mängel wurden durch den Verwalter vor Ort versucht zu beseitigen, jedoch hatte man den Eindruck, dass sie sehr genervt waren. Der Zustand des Hauses, entsprach nicht dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

We had a great time in the house near Montegranaro. The surroundings where stunning which and the house was perfekt for us, 8 people. The host was verk nice and helpful and we could definitly come back here someday.

Heerlijke week gehad met ons gezin! Fijn huis met lekker verkoelend zwembad. Ook kregen we een smakelIjke wijnproeverij met geweldige antipasti gemaakt door de eigenaresse aangeboden. We voelden ons echt verwend.
