Located in SW Cape Coral on beautiful Mohave Lake. You can relax, lounge on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets on the water each evening. We're close to Cape Harbor, Tarpon Point, and dozens of popular restaurants. This home is well maintained and constantly updated for the best guest experience!

This 2100+ square foot home includes 3 bedrooms, den, 2 baths, gourmet style kitchen, dining room, and great room for entertaining or just relaxing.

The kitchen features custom made, contemporary cabinets- reminiscent of the beach. There's plenty of room to gather at the large center island. Or you can relax, eat or just visit at the table in the kitchen nook- just open up the double french doors and watch the activity in the pool and on the lake.

You have great views of the pool and water from anywhere in the kitchen, and the skylights in the cathedral ceiling keeps everything bright but cool. The appliances are stainless GE-profile- perfect for the gourmet chef or daily food preparation.

The master bedroom features 'Tommy Bahama' style furniture and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a large deluxe shower with access to the pool area. You can even relax in the whirlpool soaking tub.

The completely updated extra large 32' heated pool with Electric Heat Pump (no extra charge for electric usage), and "Picture Window" screen area overlooks the lake where you can fish on the dock, and we have some fishing gear onsite for your use. The Heat Pump will keep the water warm even on cool days! We even provide an assortment of pool toys and floats to enjoy.

When evening comes you can relax and watch the sunsets as you listen
to the water cascade over the decorative waterfall in the pool area, and enjoy the warm Florida evenings by dining outside.

Our sleeping accommodations include a King sized bed in the master bedroom, a Queen in bedroom #2, and (2) twin beds in bedroom #3. All beds and linens are high quality and updated frequently.

If you need to get some work done while your away, our fully functional office will be all you need to keep connected. It includes a current windows computer, high-speed wireless cable internet access, and an HP all-in-one for printing and copies. Can you believe it- getting your daily work done while relaxing in sunny Florida! It's free with the home.

The large Google Smart TV includes Cable TV, Streaming TV ( we provide the Roku stick- use your own apps, or bring your own devices), cordless phones, hi-speed wireless internet are included at no added cost. There are also TV's in the kitchen and Master Bedroom.
