The house was excellent. We absolutely loved the house, surroundings and convenience to shopping. Had so much fun in the water park. My only advice is let guests know there's a chance of address change date of arrival. Our only hiccup . But once we found our house everyone was so happy. Thank you.

Lovely place for a family reunion

There was 16 of us family members from USA Canada and UK that got together for a wedding as well as a holiday. The place allowed all to have rooms and the large kitchen and family area was perfect for family to come together. The pool was clean and we even saw allegator come ti greet us outside the swamp area that is well covered with. Wired fence around the whole pool. It’s close to theme parks amd foid grocery store. Overall a very convenient place and I would recommend it.

Excellent House

Overall, the house and neighborhood were great. Unfortunately there was a lack of communication and unresponsive hosts while using the VRBO app. I didn’t get check in instructions until only a couple hours before landing in Orlando after several attempts to reach out to get them. It made us all very stressed after travelling such a far having to be worried whether or not we had a house to actually stay in. However, Once we were there the home was large with lots of cool rooms for the kids. Mid August the pool temp was fine. We didn’t require heating. One thing to watch is that the neighborhood is gated which is great for security but sometimes there would be long wait times to enter the property as cars were lines up at the security gates

We were a family of 16 so there was sufficient room for all of us. The pool was used daily and enjoyed by all. We enjoyed our stay in the home. Unfortunately there were not enough dishes or beach towels to accommodate 16 so a request was made to the management company who supplied the extra items within 48 hours. The kitchen was not as well stocked as the listing led us to believe. No oven mitts, tea towels to dry dishes, no tray to take food to the BBQ. Only 1 pot, a pizza pan, but no cookie sheet or pan for the oven. No potato or veggie peeler either. We purchased most of these items to meet our needs. Lots of measuring cups if you wanted to bake. The BBQ was delivered dirty with food still on the burners and the drip pan loaded with grease. We left the BBQ in cleaner condition.

Outstanding experience

From the time we booked until the day we left this house was the best experience we have had travelling and staying at a home away from home for almost 3 weeks. The house was very clean and the day we arrived there was nothing but smiles and many happy family members. Lots of towels and dishes. Plenty of hot water. Pool and Spa were clean and well maintained. Minutes to shopping and Disney World. The recreation facility was great with the lazy river, splash pads, volleyball, basketball and a workout facility. We are planning our trip again with the great host and team. Thank you so much for the memories of a lifetime. Regards John

Loved the property, except we found the pool and hot tub in the back yard hard to get in and out. No railings to hold onto. Close to Disney world. Teens loved the games room.

Amazing house

The house was everything I hope for. Large enough for 8 adults and 6 kids with room to spare. The only downside and reason I gave it 4 stars was that in November you don’t get any sun in the pool area which would of been nice for warmth. Also sometimes the gate area is congested.

Great house, impeccable service!

Our extended family group of 10 had the best time at this house! Everything looked exactly like the photos, and it was spotlessly clean on check-in. The service level from the rental company was top notch. I received a welcome email a few days before the trip with all the info I needed. We had a couple issues with the pool and they were addressed immediately. The startup package they left was greatly appreciated - the paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper provided were enough for the whole week. We supplemented coffee and dishwasher tabs, but there was enough provided to get you through the first day. Plenty of towels (both shower and pool) for all of us, and basic mini toiletries in the bathrooms. Check-out was super easy - no need to clean up or start laundry, etc. Definitely spring for the pool heating if you plan to swim outside of the summer months. Our heating was not working when we arrived and only two of the kids wanted to swim in it. Once we got the heat going, all the kids were able to swim comfortably. Bottom line - this is basically a hotel room the size of a house, with all the amenities and service that implies. I would recommend this house or any others rented by the same company!

Exceeded Expectations!

This property was even more impressive in person! We had ample space for a group of 15, including comfortable, clean bedrooms and big bathrooms. The theater room was the hot spot for the teens, where they gamed, watched movies, and generally hung out while they weren't in the pool (Wi-Fi was excellent!). The games room was a hit with all ages, as was the spacious kitchen, of course. Having two options for club houses was a big draw. Where the smaller facility was more quiet, the bigger facility was an all-day party with everything we could need. Proximity to theme parks and Cocoa Beach was fantastic, so we took full advantage of both. Absolutely loved that we backed out on to a pond, where we gator watched most mornings. Our Hosts were top notch and always available for questions. We've already recommended this property to friends and family, and hope to return for another vacation soon.

Great house for a family. Well equipped and spacious. Really enjoyed it.

Went better than we had hoped for. The kids enjoyed the movie room and the games room was popular with everyone. Would have been helpful to have some pool toys. There are plenty there now!

Great home, ok service

This home is absolutely beautiful, the beds were nice and the kitchen is great. The clubhouse pools were both phenomenal. We did find a pair of dirty socks in one of the beds on the first night when we turned down. There was absolutely no cleaning solution available to clean counters, I understand we could go get some but we were here for a week and flew there so why would we waste money on something we would have to leave there. Everything is an add-on, there is a "hot tub" but you have to pay to have it heated, the grill sitting outside the porch has to be paid for to use it. As much as we paid for the house, you would think these things could be included.

We had plenty of space and the kids were always entertained. The community pool is great for kids of all ages. And the personal pool and hot tub got a lot of use, too. We had no complaints. Would recommend!

Perfect Stay

This is a gated community that seems to be purpose built for vacation rentals. The house is huge, in very good shape, and maybe even better than the pictures. The pool and hot tub cost to heat so we didn't bother with it. We went to the community pool which the kids loved. Big pool, lazy river, water slides, snacks, bar. The beds were comfortable. With 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, everyone had their own. kids loved the game room. our house was water front and we had a gator show up every morning in the water. pretty cool. highly recommend.
