Welcome to Gulls Landing Guest Cottage! We are located in the heart of downtown St. Andrews, and free parking is provided for you. No need to drive anywhere! Everything is within walking distance. Whatever you are looking for, we have! Restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, grocery store, liquor store, boutiques, hardware store, recreational activities, whale watching, kayaking, bike tours, ghost tours, museums, kids activities, etc. The list goes on and on! Hope to see you soon!
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

St Andrews vacation

Property was excellent and accurately depicted in ad. Very clean, bright any in a prime location downtown. Owners were very responsive and had handy info cards around the cottage to guide you with anything you needed. 10 out of 10 will stay again.

Great Views, Perfect Location, Airy Decor

This cottage is so stunning in person. The view of the ocean from the upper balcony is so breathtaking, the apple blossoms were out and made the lower deck look like it was out of a magazine. Check-in was seamless, communication was prompt. The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely cottage with gorgeous decor and view of the water. A really beautiful place. Beware the description of “bedroom 3” as it’s simply the sofa in the main living area with a very hard mattress on the pull out bed. Other than the bed, the place was amazing and worth a 5 star rating.

Wonderful gem in the heart of Saint Andrews!

From initial booking to unlocking the door was an efficient process. The homeowner was quick to respond to any questions. The home was immaculate, well stocked with pantry items and included laundry on site. The top back deck had a lovely afternoon/evening view of the dock. We were comfortable surrounded by quality furnishings and finishes throughout the home. We enjoyed room for everyone to have their quiet space and easily walked the down town often and to the Algonquin Resort.

Beautiful property in great location

This was our second stay at this property. Beautifully styled with thoughtful touches. We love being close to the local coffee shop and our favourite restaurant in the area. Check in and out was seamless and the property owner was quick to respond. We can’t wait to return for another stay.

Tranquility!

Beautiful cottage! Very well equipped! Close walking distance to Algonquin and down town restaurants and pubs. Love the view, sounds and smell of the St. Croix.

Great Place

Very clean & roomy. Right in the towns decor. Trees should be cut back a bit as it obstructs the view on the top & lower balconies, but as I said very clean & roomy which is what anyone wants when booking a rental.

Fabulous girls getaway!

Once a year my friends & I plan a girls getaway. Of all the places we've stayed over the years, this was by far the nicest one yet. We lacked for absolutely nothing. Our beds were super comfortable, the decks were great for reading, sunning, eating, people watching or just enjoying the fabulous view We were close to the downtown & walked most everywhere. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance. We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Perfect house for 2 couples

Ladies Getaway

The house itself was absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. We felt that, for the price we paid, there were things that should have been attended to that weren't. The patio door did not lock, the privacy screens on the patio did not work, there was not a lot of toilet paper supplied for the amount of women, the screens were broken in the patio doors so we had a visit from a wasp, the parking was a huge hassle(the one spot dedicated for the house was taken when we arrived until the following day then the second day someone parked so crooked we couldn't get into the spot). The lack of representation of local shops' products was disappointing, also. Overall, we felt that we did not get our money's worth. While we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home, the small things that were broken and/our missing made us feel over charged.

Wonderful location!

This is a beautifully decorated, nice-sized rental with great indoor and outdoor space to enjoy the salt air and sights of St. Andrew’s. The vacation destination is well appointed and has everything visitors could possibly need within reach. Loved the decor especially!

While staying at the Gulls landing guest cottage, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor. Relaxing and clean cottage, with a perfect combination of outdoor space. Location was ideal, only moments away from everything you need. We will definitely be back! So very happy with our stay.
