Welcome to our gem, which offers a great holiday experience. Our property is ideally purposed for 2 families, up to 10 people max (8 adults max). Along with ski-in & ski-out access, enjoy the new hot tub, custom kitchen, wireless internet, Telus optik TV with PVR, and spectacular mountain views, in the heart of Sun Peaks Ski Resort; ranked 2nd best ski resort in Canada (Whistler being #1, much busier & more expensive). Woodhaven is directly slope-side (ski right up to back door), 15min walk to village, and a short ski out to Morrisey or the new Orient Ski-lift. This gives you access to the entire ski resort!

Comfortably sleeping ten, our three level, 1900 square foot, four bedroom, three bath unit, newly added 10’x11’ mudroom with heated floor is perfect for all the gear & changing. We’ve added a downstairs TV den, ideal for families who want to enjoy a stress-free winter or summer holiday.

The convenience of a private garage allows you to leave your ski (or golf) gear on the main floor level-entry for hassle-free access. Once inside, you will enter to find a fabulous 110 sq ft mudroom with heated floors off the garage. Up to the main floor, beautifully appointed with a flagstone gas fireplace, 50" HD TV, Telus PVR, comfortable living room furniture and heated tile floors throughout. The TV den at front of garage is the perfect room to watch the game, or getaway for kids.

Enjoy the un-obstructed view of Mt. Morrisey right from the comfort of the couch in the living room or the living room balcony. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker & supplies, assortment of spices, utensils and dishes (crockpot incl) - everything you need to create a great meal after an active day of skiing, golfing or hiking. Open the back door to the ski run back home, new private hot tub... maintained year round, and gas-fired barbecue. 4 bedrooms total: one King on main floor; one kids bunkroom (2 twin bunk beds- sleeps 4, each in their own bed); one Queen bedroom; & one King bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom. High speed wireless internet is provided for your convenience.

Awesome time in Sun Peaks!

The property was just like the pictures online. The mud room or ski room with heated floors and benches worked so well for all our gear. The owners are amazing and they welcomed us with a box of baby donuts. They also responded quickly to any of our inquiries. Would highly recommend their place:)

Amazing house, big enough for two families

We were two families, four adults and four kids, and the house was perfect for us. There is a huge mudroom off the garage that is perfect for getting your ski gear on. The ski in and out is really easy. The trail is only about 50 feet from the house. The only issue is that the trails that lead to and from the house have some flat sections that were more difficult for young kids who didn’t have enough weight to carry them through those sections. But they did okay. I’d recommend this place to anybody and we are already looking at booking for next year.

Sunpeaks family getaway

Our crew really enjoyed the foosball table and hot tub. Heated floors in the entries and big suiting up room. Ski in and out worked well too.

Ski trip

Easy check-in/out instructions. Spacious and clean. Great ski in location, a small walk to ski-out, and a bit longer to town. A large hot tub! Any questions I had were answered quickly. It was a really relaxing place to stay after a long day of hitting the slopes.

Two of our children, their spouses and their kids (ages 11, 15, 15, 17, and 17) enjoyed Woodhaven 4 very much! Nice big hot tub, good beds, well stocked kitchen, the Christmas tree, speciality soaps, and the wonderful gift basket were all noted by them. Also the great ski in-ski out location. Some comments: two of the bathroom doors did not lock; the ensuite toilet was very loud at random times such as the middle of the night; lots of towels for the hot tub would have been appreciated. Thanks so much for their great accommodation!

As advertised

Very comfortable and well appointed unit. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped and supplied. Ours was a summertime stay during wildfire season. While the unit does not have a/c, the space cooled off nicely during the evenings with windows open. Sun Peaks village has lots of good eating and shopping. Would definitely recommend staying at Woodhaven 4. Thank you Kyle.

Beautiful place, great hosts

We had 3 families staying during memorial cup as our kids were playing. What a gorgeous place, beautiful scenery and idyllic backdrop. The private hot tub was clean and inviting. Our hosts were great, quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again, highly recommend!

Property was clean, super organized and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Thoughtful details throughout including glove warmers in the mud room and hooks everywhere. Access to the ski hill was easy and all the kids and adults had a great time. We’ll be back!

Fantastic Family Ski Getaway

We had a very special family time here. Kyle & Jill have thought of everything guests need. Comfy beds and bedding, plenty of towels, a very well stocked kitchen, great games and books etc. were appreciated. Our family of 10 loved the warm, cozy ambience and we settled in immediately. The layout was perfect for us. It is a great ski in/ski out and the large ski room is amazing! It easily accommodated all of us and our ski clothing, boots, etc. The carport has great ski/board racks and extra storage space for coolers etc. We had plenty of parking. Of course the hot tub was a welcome and soothing retreat after a day on the slopes! We are already planning our next trip! Thank you Kyle and Jill, for sharing your wonderful place!

Wonderful stay!

We were a group of three couples and four kids and this property was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the four bunk room! Kyle and Jill have thought of every comfort and convenience to make guests’ stays smooth and enjoyable. The boot room is amazing and kept all the gear organized and warm. It is huge and had enough room for all of us to be in there gearing up for a day on the slopes! The kitchen is well stocked and has everything a group of ten needs for meals together. The location is great- quick walk across the street to the orient chair and you can ski in practically right up to the front door! We are all already talking about the next stay at this awesome property!
