Great place to stay, excellent location

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Excellent location for the beach, resturants and bars. Lovely beach, very peaceful and relaxing. Will certainly return.

Salema

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe und man hat Meerblick. Sie ist sauber, funktionell und zweckmäßig ausgestattet und ermöglicht das Kochen. Salema ist ein knuffiges Fischerdorf mit zwei Mercatos und zahlreichen Geschäften und Gaststätten. Die Küstenlandschaft (Klippen und Strände) sind sehenswert.

Wunderbare zehn Tage

Wir waren in diesem Jahr das dritte Mal in Salema, weil wir diesen Ort einfach klasse finden, er ist ruhig, der Tourismus Ende September Anfang Oktober hält sich in Grenzen. Das Appartement hat eine wunderbare Lage. Die Terrasse ist allerdings nur bis 14:00 und dann wieder ab 19:00 zu nutzen, ansonsten steht die Sonne direkt darauf. Alles in allem wunderbar.

Schönes kleines Appartement in perfekter Lage

Schönes kleines Appartement, wir konnten den tollen Balkon mitbenutzen. Den Strand erreicht man innerhalb von einer Minute ohne eine Straße überqueren zu müssen. Salema ist ein nettes Örtchen mit allen was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Semaine en amoureux

Nous avons séjourné à Salema où nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un petit studio cosy avec une terrasse supérieure vue mer la plage est à 200m. Ça fait du bien d’être en vacances dans un endroit où il n’a pas de bloc mega-urbain au bord de la mer . Merci Werner pour cette location. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant Mira Mar c’est un dinguerie 😜

This property is comfortable and clean and perfect for a couple. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The owner was in contact before and during our stay to ensure that we had the information that we needed. The location is perfect for the beach and the view from the balcony is stunning. We would happily return to the property in future years.

Alles in Allem gelungen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick auf das alte Salema und vor allem auf den Strand und das Meer. Sie ist schlicht, aber nett eingerichtet mit - wer's im Urlaub überhaupt braucht - deutschen TV- und Radioempfang. Sehr gute Dusche. Leider zwei deutliche Kritikpunkte: Die Bettmatratze ist bretthart und die beiden Herdplatten haben absolut schlechte Kochleistung.

Comme les précédents avis. Il est vrai que la photo laisse à penser que l'appartement bénéficie d'une terrasse vue sur mer. Mais l'appartement est situé au RCH avec une fenêtre qui offre quand même une vue mer. Nous sommes dans une impasse qui donne accès à la mer,fort agréable mais attendez vous à des passages de touristes. Mrs Hilde est d'une grande gentillesse et fera tout pour vous faciliter la vie. Salema a un petit centre ville et vous devez vite grimper dans les hauteurs... à prévoir. Encore merci à mes Hilde 🤗✈🧳

Top Lage - gute Zeit

Das Beste zuerst: Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar. Ein paar Treppenstufen und man ist direkt am Strand von Salema und auf der Promenade. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und die Einrichtung entspricht den Bildern. Das Bett ist durchschnittlich und insgesamt ist es das, was wir erwartet haben - eine solide Wohnung. Für den Preis absolut okay und wir fanden es sehr gut in Salema. Kleiner Hinweis: Den Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Balkon und den Strand (wie auf den Bildern) hat man nur, wenn man zu dem Apartment noch ein weiteres Zimmer im ersten Stock anmietet. Also ein Extrazimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon zusätzlich zahlt. Wer nur das Apartment mietet, findet eine Wohnung im Untergeschoss vor: Vorne die Küche mit kleinem Fenster zur Gasse/ zum Strand, im hinteren Teil eine Art Kellerwohnung mit Schlafzimmer und Bad. Im heißen Sommer ggf. gar nicht verkehrt, weil das Schlafzimmer dort kühl liegt. Wir hatten Glück und ausser uns waren keine weiteren Feriengäste im Haus. Deshalb konnten wir die Terrasse hinten raus und den Balkon vorne raus nutzen und dort frühstücken mit Meerblick. Deshalb hat es uns nicht gestört und wir hatten trotzdem einen tolle Aussicht. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist extrem unfreundlich und mies gelaunt. Zum Glück hatten wir kaum Kontakt: Schlüsselübergabe und einmal zwischendurch mit der Frage nach einem Besen. Beide Male echt unterirdisches Verhalten. So eine Frau gehört nicht in den Service. Sonst war der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer aus Deutschland aber sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
