On the third floor, gorgeous master bedroom with seating area, 1 King bed, closet & 4pc master en-suite. Hardwood & tile throughout with spectacular beach and lake views.
Outdoor porch with ample space to escape the sun without compromising the views. BBQ area and outdoor dining. Step down to the beach and enjoy the sand and the crystal clear water Lake Erie has to offer. Shallow and safe for swimming with white sandy bottom. This home is available for rental year round.

Birthday weekend

A friend had stayed here last year and highly recommended the property, knew it would be what I was looking for and she was right! The setting could not be more perfect! The house and the amenities were great, don't know what would have made it better. Also, Sherley was great, checking in to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. I look forward to next time!

Perfection

This was our family’s best vacation ever!! The house was absolutely gorgeous. Lots of space for game nights and the beach was great. We were lucky to have a storm roll in and with lots of windows it was very much enjoyed ;) The communication with our host couldn’t have been better. Any question I had was promptly answered and I never felt like a bother. For my family of varying teenage years, the fact they all want to go back next year is amazing. Thank you so very much 😊

Beyond wonderful weekend

Truly perfect - everything you could possibly need was thought of. Spent a truly relaxing few days with friends sitting on the deck, walking on the beach, and hanging out by the fire. Great for a group of friends or for family. Clean, spacious and luxurious.

Amazing beach vacation

Highly recommend this property. It is even more beautiful in person. Spent time with family and enjoyed the private beach everyday. Not only is the location amazing the inside has everything you need for a comfortable stay and more. Incredible stocked kitchen. And amazing host.

Just Wonderful!

We had such an amazing time. The photos of this property on the listing are beautiful but believe it or not, it is even more gorgeous in real life. Everything we needed was there, and easy to find in this carefully organized house. The beach was amazing and the large deck was perfect for sprawling on in the afternoon sun. Sherley was a fantastic host. We hope to make this a yearly girls trip and had a really wonderful stay.

Wonderful Stay

The property was absolutely lovely. It was clean, well-maintained and fully stocked. It has everything we needed. The location is beachfront and it's a quiet and friendly area. The kids (all under 10) loved it. It was so easy to communicate with Sherley and she was very accommodating to our needs. We plan to come back again in the summer so we can better enjoy the beach!

Amazing Family Day Getaway!

This property was everything described and more. Spacious, clean house, well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Stunning views. Responsive and helpful host. Close to town and amenities. Beautiful property with an amazing hot tub and a cozy living room for ultimate relaxation. The kids also had a blast running around and exploring the frozen beach. Perfect spot for a family getaway and a very reasonable drive from Toronto. Thank you Sherley!

Perfect Birthday Getaway

My husband and a group of close friends spent the weekend to celebrate my 40th Birthday. The property and home was gorgeous. The lake house was immaculate, fully stocked and communication with the owner was very easy. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and I look forward to booking a longer stay next time.

One word! Amazing! Sherley was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries & for any questions we had. From the moment we walked in, we were in awe. I could write a lot about how great this place was. From the perfectly sandy beaches, ankle/knee shallow water for 50-75ft out (amazing for kids), amazing views from the cottage & deck, shower outside (to wash the sand off before going inside or in the hot tub), fully equipped kitchen with high end items, bathroom with shower on each floor, etc…etc…! Sherley has literally thought of everything!

Quiet getaway

From booking to departure, the hosts were friendly, very communicative, and professional. Their place was as described. Beautiful lake front property with all the immenities you could ever need. They really did think of everything. We look forward to staying here again, as long as it's not all booked up. :)

The secret jewel of the south!!

We spent a wonderful weekend at this amazing property in Fort Erie! We never experienced a property whereas the reality is more beautiful than the pictures: the well maintained and couzy cottage, the amazing water front, the kind and accommodating hosts. Truly a delightful experience - highly recommended and certainly going back there.

Fabulous Stay!

The pictures online does this property no justice! We are a fussy group, and vacationing with babies in Covid makes us more picky than normal :). The house is beautifully designed and decorated, with enough space for adults and kids, the house was spotless and had every gadget you needed, we over packed! Sherley was a pleasure to deal with. The views of the lake was breath taking, the weather was not the greatest but we made beautiful memories. I would love to stay at this place in the summer!

Growing up in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, it was hard to imagine that I would find a little piece of paradise right here in Canada. Family, friends, sun and sand...all I ever wanted.

Why they chose this property

We have lived in the Greater Toronto area for over 20 years and enjoyed all of our summers in Muskoka, so we were very pleased to find a beautiful waterfront property so close to Toronto, with all the amenities in the vicinity but still being a place to get away and relax. We fell in love with the white sand on the shoreline and the shallow waters of Lake Erie.
