YELLOW ROOF B&B is a renovated two story century home located on the main street of Bloomfield. Single night stays are welcome. The private guest quarters is located upstairs and includes a renovated full bathroom with soaker tub, comfortable queen size bed, and small fridge. The house has central air as well as a separate air conditioner in the guest suite that guests can control for their own comfort. The back deck overlooks an above-ground saltwater pool & large peaceful yard that backs onto Mill Pond. A European-style Continental breakfast will be served every morning of your stay. We are just steps from the wonderful shops, studios, and restaurants located in Bloomfield. It is a short drive to beaches and wineries, or any other shopping, towns, and exploring you may wish to do and just a two minute walk to the PEC & Hayloft shuttle services.

Charming home and surroundings

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is absolutely beautiful and the backyard so private and peaceful. Denise is so lovely and gave us lots of help with our questions and suggestions. It was our first visit to PEC and we plan to be back!!

Lovely Stay!

Home is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The Queen Suite, located on the upper floor of the home, is private and very comfortable. Denise, the host, is friendly, attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Older home converted to a b&b. The host/owner - Denise was fantastic, very hospitable, kind and accommodating. The pool was very clean and refreshing on a hot day. Room and bathroom are very private. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, served outside on covered deck.

Denise is a friendly and welcoming host. The suite is spacious and tastefully decorated, with private bath. We enjoyed our excellent breakfasts on the patio overlooking the beautiful back yard. Perfect location for exploring Prince Edward County.

Excellent property and host! A great getaway weekend to enjoy some wine and vinegar tastings. Location is great! Close to many wineries within a 20 minute vehicle ride. Recommend dinner and entertainment at The Barley Room Pub and Whiskey Wings at the County Canteen.. Thanks Denise for being such a great host and providing a good night sleep!

Great Trip to PEC

Our hostess Denise was very warm and welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. She was a great help in suggesting sites to see and restaurants to try. None were a disappointment. Our room was very clean and comfortable. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back and take a quick and refreshing swim before getting ready for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed our continental breakfast. Fresh and homemade items. Bloomfield is central to many of the surrounding attractions. There were a number of quaint shops in the town that I enjoyed walking through. Highly recommend this property.

Home away from Home

My husband and I spend a week end in Prince Edward County in July and felt at home instantly after meeting Denise, she is l more than a perfect Host, she is a wise women sharing her love of peoples and places . We felt her passion for the area and the attention of using local and home made product . Would definitely stay with Denise again!
