This vacation property is found in the heart of the condo capital of Punta Cana, El Cortecito, Bavaro. A short 20 minute shuttle from the airport in a tourist area filled with shopping and entertainment close by. Only 20 minutes to Katmandu theme park and a 10 minute walk to the white sandy beaches. Secluded in a small complex with 24 hour security. A full main floor apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 patio's, full kitchen, living space, hot water and laundry.
Completely renovated in 2023 with a new kitchen countertop & cabinets, dishwasher, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, dehumidifier, water cooler, all new furnishings, living room, dining room and bedrooms, new 55" tv, second tv in master bedroom, new lighting and all freshly painted.

We were given the wrong street address and it wasn't until the following day when the owner gave us the name of the place were we able to find it. Google has the wrong street.

Stay could have been better

At check in the condo was not clean and there was a water leak. We had to contact the owners and VRBO 4 times, as the power was cut off. All other condos had power. The patio door was hard to lock and did not have screens. A blender and blow dryer were listed amenities but were not provided. When asked if a blow dryer could be provided we were told “no”. Dealing with the owners and their friends who looked after the condo was stressful. Twice they told us someone was coming to fix things and they did not show up. The water in the condo/complex had an awful door. The pool was green and cloudy for almost a month. The guards and gardener were friendly but the on site managers were not. The condo has potential with proper maintenance and a property manager who speaks English or who can use google translate. The condo is a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants.

l eau ne sent pas bon. Aurait besoin de réparation dans la salle de lavage. Dans la chambre a deux lits dans le garde robe, il a de la moisissure au plafond. Donc difficile car sens pas bon. Manque moustiquaire presque partout. Donc ne peut pas ouvrir. Dans d autre condo il a un cartable pour information. (wifi, télévision, épicerie, restaurant, autobus etc...) Donc plus facile pour les clients. Dommage de petit changement aiderais beaucoup.

FeWo einladend und gemütlich

Die Wohnung ist schön, groß, gut aufgeteilt und mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Leider wirkt sie ein wenig abgewohnt. Trotzdem ist sie sehr gemütlich. Auf Fragen zur Wohnung hat der Verwalter Rene bzw. die Inhaberin sehr schnell und hilfreich geantwortet. Die Haus ist fußläufig zur Hauptstraße, man kann in wenigen Minuten einkaufen, zu Restaurants und zum Strand. Trotzdem es ist es sehr ruhig dort, man hört keinen Straßenlärm. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, es wird dort sehr auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet, der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Dass dort ein privater Wachdienst auf die Bewohner aufpasst, ist für Erstbesucher zunächst ungewohnt. Aber alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, so dass man sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Fazit: wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

This apartment is located just a few blocks from the hub of the town of El Cortecito offering a peaceful enviroment when you want some quiet time, and is just a five minute walk to the beach and restaurants giving your the atmosphere of the busier lifestyle. The condo offers the freedom of moving around the area and getting to know some of the local people while giving you all the privacy you desire on vacation.

What makes this property unique

1st floor full apartment with a side patio and yard, and a front patio overlooking the swimming pool. There is a community bbq that the staff and security are happy to assist with. Apartments are great in respect to the fact that you have a larger living area then just a room with a balcony. You have the look and feel of being at home while on vacation. If you don't want to cook while on vacation, there are a wide variety of restaurants offering both American style and local foods.
