Located directly opposite Catseye beach in the highly sought after "BEACHFRONT" location.
With resort facilities at your doorstep and direct access to Catseye Beach, this is the ideal option for holidaying couples or families.
From the moment you walk through the door, you will be captivated by the stunning views.
Frangipani 202 has been re-furbished and is a well-appointed, open plan designed apartment.
The balcony is large and includes a 6 seater outdoor dining setting and a BBQ.
The screen sliding doors to the balcony are fitted with a "child friendly" security latch on top, well out of children's reach!!. The security mesh on the screen sliding doors is yet, another safety feature.
The kitchen is BRAND NEW as of 18/12/2018 equipped with stone bench tops.
The lounge is open and spacious with a 55" plasma TV, a DVD, NETFLIX and even AUSTAR/ better way to be entertained!

Frangipani 202 now has a 4-seater electric buggy (with seat belts) for your use during your stay
Valet return Hamilton Island Airport transfers are included.
2 KING SIZE BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS - PERFECT FOR 2 COUPLES OR 2 SMALL FAMILIES
Frangipani 202 accommodates 5 guests quite comfortably.
As guests you have the use of Frangipani's private swimming pool, heated spa and two private barbeques.
You are also welcome to use all the resort pools on the island (at no extra cost), only a short stroll along the beach from the apartment.

Awesome Family Holiday in Hamilton Island

Simply Perfect!!

Girls Weekend reunion

Our group (of older girls) had a wonderful 4 nights in this apartment. As it happens we were in Frangipani 40 years ago for our original weekend away. This apartment has been beautifully upgraded and its location is perfect. Highly recommended.

Amazing place

Paradise on the island

We were met at the airport with a buggy & shown our apartment which was gorgeous. Everything was explained to us for a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and pristine! The views were great! Loved our stay in this piece of paradise.

March 2025 Getaway

The location of, and view from the Condo was outstanding. As for the Condo itself, it could use a little TLC in some areas. As well, there were a few things that I would considering upgrading - including the bath and beach towels. We felt a bit surprised by the watered down soap / shampoo in the bathrooms - it felt quite cheap. As we had a bit of rain during our stay, I would have appreciated the buggy having roll-down plastic sides, as many of the other buggies had. All in all, we had a great time on the Island, but would have greatly appreciated a bit more attention to the Condo, and the details within.

Absolutely beautiful apartment

We had a great holiday at Frangipini 202. The apartment was new, modern, clean with great ocean views. It was comfortable, no noise from other guests in other rooms. The staff on arrival and departure were fantastic and helpful. Loved everything about it.

Exactly as pictured

What a perfect apartment. It was exactly as pictured. So happy with everything. Very well equipped kitchen that had everything you could need. Super comfortable beds and a very spacious apartment and huge balcony. The buggy is a must as it is a little too far to walk in to restaurants. Quiet pool right nearby. Would highly recommend staying here.

The property was very clean and comfortable and a good location. We really appreciated having a buggy. The only small observation I would make is that it would have been nice to have a few basic ingredients on-site like salt and pepper and washing up liquid (we didn’t want to use the machine for a couple of dishes). Holiday on Hamilton Island

Beautiful property and fantastic views. The only problem with the apartment was 2 nights out of the 4 nights we stayed the fan light in the main bedroom and the tv in the lounge room would turn on for no reason at 3.00am-3.30am and wake us all up. So the property has an electrical fault or it is haunted. Cheers Garry

We loved staying here - this is our second visit to this apartment this year, and we have already booked again for next year... So accessible to everything and in a perfect location. Only downside (albeit a small one) was that there were no coffee pods for the machine or champagne on arrival as stated in the details section. Both of our stays have been over 7 nights, so should have been eligible? Regardless, we loved our stay and cant wait to go back!

Mums Retreat - the perfect getaway

I travelled with 3 girls friends for a week getaway to celebrate a few birthdays. Everything about this place was amazing. We were met at the airport and had our luggage taken from us at the same time handing us keys to our own buggy to use for the entire stay. Our room was ready early and we were sitting on the deck in no time enjoying some champage and cheese platter with spectacular views and great company. The unit is located very close to the many walks/hikes. Passage Peak is a must. We indulged with some amazing food on offer on the Island. We would definitely stay again which is, in my opinion, the best reference you can get.
