In suite Frigidaire energy efficient washer and dryer provided for your laundry needs.
Situated downtown Pentiction - 10 min walk to the lake! Free tennis courts and running track right up the street. Farmers market one block away and downtown shopping and restaurants all within in 5 min walk! cable/Internet and parking included.

Our place is a new build in April 2015 . We were looking for a property with a great walking score and this is exactly what we found .
Why they chose this property
Location , location . Just 200 steps to Main Street for shops , restaurants , and farmers market..Beautiful Okanagan Lake and beaches only 12 min stroll .
Tennis courts , running track , soccer fields just a 5 minute walk .
Lots of hiking paths and amazing scenery will keep you entertained .
