Be one of the first to rent this condo since undergoing a complete renovation. Condo is in a building right on Lido Beach on Florida’s Gulf coast. Walk out the door to enjoy the pool and beach, walk a few steps on the beach to the tiki bar at the Ritz , or walk a little further along the beach to Saint Armands Circle with shops and restaurants. Ted Sperling Nature Park is right across the street with kayaking and paddle boarding. Just a short drive or trolley ride to downtown Sarasota. Siesta Key, golf courses, and many attractions a short drive away. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the beach each evening. Unit has beautiful views of South Lido Park, Sarasota Bay, and the city skyline. Wifi and cable TV included.
